I just started my second year of grad-school at Roosevelt for Psychology. But don't worry, I can't stand a amateur psychologist so I refrain from trying to read people. I moved to Logan Square in Chicago about a year ago from Kentucky, and yes I have an accent. I have a really big laugh...the nickname was a roommates suggestion.

School, work, music, sleep....I think that is the order for hours in the day. But it's Chicago and the cold is starting to disappear. Summer time equals parks, street-fests, beer events, and all sorts of fun activities. That said, I am still content watching half a season of a series or a block of movies on a day off if I feel like doing nothing for once.

I am always trying to better myself, but I also have a pension for a good hangover driven lazy sunday.

Absolutely ridiculous BS trivia... I keep missing my opportunity for Jeopardy, but I also shy away from trivia bars mostly because I like talking loud over loud music more.

My house is very musical, though I am the least talented person on "instruments," I probably know the most about music and love recording people or DJing till the sun comes up.

First my eyes and height, then that I talk a lot (usually while smiling).

Love Indian, Thai, Sushi, anything with spice --- and this is why my stomach and doctor dislike me. Love craft brews and good wine. - though anything out of the box (or literally in for wine) can work too.

I have an incredible love for music that started with playing with my dad's turntable. That got me into DJing..so I am not the usual douchebag DJ at a club-type, I'm just in love with music. I help run a musician's hostel that hosts singer-songwriters and love great independent music. Every style of music has great contributions. I personally produce a fusion of DNB, Hip-Hop, Dubstep, and like incorporating beautiful lyrics. If your not into the type of music that you think a DJ must listen to, please don't hesitate to introduce me to something new. I love everything Alt Country, Jazz, to experimental Xylophone-step if that is a thing and some makes a tune for the mood I'm in.

I'm not a huge reader, even though I come off well read (all cliffs notes and paying attention I swear). Anything funny, subversive, about world religions, music or has great poetry in the way its written I can enjoy. I'm a huge fan of the beat poets. I read a lot of non-fiction and books on religion (which religious books might be considered fiction - I minored in religion in college).

I watch way too many movies - I'll just leave it at that.

Springtime...this means that more and more music is being played at my house. I hold about a show a week either at my performance spot or at a friend's. I am starting to venture to places for reasons other than staying out of the cold so who knows what I might be getting into.

I was always good at sports but wished for dance or piano lessons instead (I'm a decent dancer out of mere practicing with friends)... And that my dog is 10lbs but still gets over half the bed.

You smile and laugh when your happy, and cry when your sad. Life's too short to fake what you feel. I don't have to have someone that is as extraverted as me, but I like people that lift me up. If you think you can make me laugh till I cry, or just smile as I talk to you, please message me.
