Ok, here's the deal. I'm fairly new yet completely old to this city. I grew up here but moved when I was 11. It took me 12 years but I made it back just a couple of months ago! I want to go out and explore and have fun, I just need some cool people to do all that with.

I'm a little bit of column A and a little of column B. I'm a huge sports fan and an equally big lover of art and theatre. I love travel and culture as well as dive bars. I like being one of the guys and I'm just as easily one of the girls. I'm sarcastic and can give just as good as I get. I can carry on serious conversations and do love to debate but I definitely have a silly crazy side that can be quite entertaining. So message me, let's go out and see what's out there!

Trying to survive the recession, continuing to look for environmental jobs, yep, Captain Planet-style but not so much the radical chain myself to trees type, interning, working part-time, going out when I and others can, looking for good trivia spots and places to watch Wisconsin Badger football!

Finding new, interesting, and fun things to do, falling, parallel parking (seriously), singing, planning and organizing, falling, driving long distances, being a friend, listening, witty banter, trivia, drinking, bar games, card games, being persistent, and finding the humor in life.

My eyes and my smile physically. My friendly and genuine nature personality-wise.

I need to read more and am taking suggestions, but I do love Shakespeare, Catcher in the Rye, and the World According to Garp.

Movies: I'm big into comedies, musicals, and thinkers. Shakespeare in Love, The Birdcage, Moulin Rouge, Forgetting Sarah Mashall, The 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Super Bad, A Beautiful Mind, Good Will Hunting, Fight Club, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Usual Suspects, American Beauty, Soapdish, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, L.A. Confidential, Gladiator, Blazing Saddles, The Producers (old and new), Finding Nemo, The Graduate, Old School, The Big Lebowski. Can you tell I like movies???

Music: Recently gotten a little into the indie scene, am also taking suggestions for new bands to look into. I like pretty much everything except country, heavy metal, and hard core rap. So, that includes classic rock, rock, some punk, oldies, mo-town, some pop, funk, jazz, swing, some rap and R&B, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, and chick singers like Sara Bareilles, Yael Naim, and Regina Spektor.

TV: Yep, I added it. I am an Arrested Development junkie so big plus if you are too. Seinfeld, Friends, Family Guy, any Chicago sports game or any sports playoffs, Entourage, Weeds, Californication, Project Runway, and Cash Cab.

Food: Love trying new cuisines and ethnic foods. Greek, thai, indian, middle eastern, chinese, sushi, mexican, italian, burgers, pizza, and sandwiches.

No such thing as a typical Friday night. I love going out but if I had the right person to stay at home with, that could be arranged, too.

I don't like chick flicks and I have no idea what I'm looking for right now in terms of dating but I am a little bit of a closet romantic.
