I kinda fell into writing fiction when I left my last job. Not doing enough writing, doing a lot of parenting and exploring with my husband chimale. All good things. I am smart, liberal, open-minded and try not to be a hypocrite - hate that. I read everything I get my hands on except really not into non-fiction or biography. I love meeting new people - thus here. Major Euro-stlye board game addict.

I am writing a historical fiction novel - Where the heck did that come from? It's WAY too much research. Dang that muse, sometimes she is just a bitch.
I write, parent 2 kids and am exploring both BDSM and POLYAMORY from a wheelchair. Kinda cool actually, huh?

umm... Writing when I am not under pressure. Meeting new people. Exploring new aspects of my sexuality.

I'd like to say my eyes, but really people see the wheelchair first before they see me. Which is really too bad, 'cause I'm way more interesting than lead-acid batteries and off-road tires!

Books: The Power of One, The Birth of Venus, The Time Traveler's Wife, The Sparrow, Lizzie Bright and the Buckminster Boy, anything by Octavia Butler or Sherri Tepper loved The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian grew up on fantasy and sci-fi. Will read anything, but not so much into non-fiction and biographies - don't know why.

Movies: The Princess Bride, Amelie, Blade Runner - haven't seen anything current in sooooo long!

Music: Elvis Costello, Billy Bragg, Alison Krauss, The Smiths, Van Morrison, just about anything except fusion jazz - eek!

Food: Spicy! not vegetarian and I hate curry and cilantro.

Trying to decide if I am too tired to do anything. if I'm not too tired, often Euro-board gaming with friends.

I stuck a bean up my nose when I was 2. Then did it again the next week. Hmmm, guess I'll try anything at least twice.
