Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a Texas raised, independent, and as my friends would say
"badass" that's just trying to live life to the fullest. I love to
laugh and push myself to be the best at my work, even if it means
late nights and early mornings. I dance when I'm bored and sing
very loudly while making one of my frequent trips up to Bells to
fix cars and ride four wheelers.
In middle school I didn't go to the mall, I raced cars. No
seriously, I grew up watching my dad race and tried it myself in
the 7th grade. Who knew driving standard was so impossible? Still
can't do it, though I did get the speed demon's blood running
through my veins.
My family lives by the "throw them in the deep end and hope they
swim" philosophy. Its shaped me to be who I am, very hardheaded and
I would describe myself as knowing what I want, but not much of a
game player. I've been compared to Deborah from Dexter, but I see
myself as more as an Arya Stark.
UPDATE: If you message me in text-speak, I am not going to answer.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working and school, I'm always doing something. Between homework
and my knitting, you'll probably find me running around like my
hair's on fire for one reason or another. Life keeps moving and I
have to keep up!
Other than that,
Partying it up in Dallas with the roommates. Getting emotionally
invested in stupid tv shows.
Wandering why Stephen Moffat is determined to break my heart and
play mind games.
Teaching myself to cook, though I'm no Julia Child. Going to bars
with the coworkers in Uptown and Deep Ellum.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a video editor by profession and generally a tech geek. Most of
my days are spent figuring out Premiere or teaching other people
how to use it. I also write, knit, crochet, and love to learn about
new things and other hobbies.I've recently gotten into
I can definitely make you laugh, the ridiculous things that come
out of my mouth sometimes surprise even me. I've been told I have a
'texas-sized' personality, and I think its mostly due to my
extremely loud laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am tall and very outspoken, and sarcasm is my first language.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

My favorite movies are The Fall and Repo: the genetic opera. My
favorite book is As I Lay Dying by William Faulkner. And I watch
all sorts of t.v. including Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, and
I love all sorts of music, and even surprise myself sometimes. It
varies from Jason Mraz to Avenged Sevenfold, Beethoven to Queen,
and even some Lady GaGa or Fun. In the mix.
Sports aren't really my thing, but I've been known to shout the
required "USA!USA!" During the world cup or the Olympics.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
A roof over my head, even if its just my car.
My old Lexus that keeps me sane with its constant need for
My adorable 4 year old puppy.
And descent conversation.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where this road I'm taking will lead, where the road I didn't
choose went, and whether I've made the right choices in my journey.
If time travel existed, I would use it constantly to find out all
of these answers and more. I would have liked to know Abraham
Lincoln, he seems to be someone I could have had a nice
conversation with if we had crossed paths.
My career and how I can climb the ladder of success and really
achieve my dreams of moving to LA and editing feature films.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
There's always the chance I'll be working, but usually I'm hanging
out with the roomies. Though I would like to go out more.
There's the occasional football game or walks around downtown.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
No guy has honestly asked me out on a date. C'mon, I don't bite.
