I am peaceful, intellectual, and focused.

My Self-Summary

"Love is not an ocean to walk beside until someone helps you lose your balance and falls in with you. Love begins with a choice and only continues by choice." Me

I am finished with Massage school and am almost licensed to begin practice. Music is also important to me and I make time to sing with a church quartet and to play the piano. I enjoy using a bicycle to commute and keep planted aquariums for relaxation.

I am also active and involved in the Seventh Day Adventist Church here in Provo Utah.

I wonder why OKstupid feels the need to stroke my ego. Below this section on the edit page it says "Self-summarized in about ### brilliant words." I wonder if it says the same thing on everyone's edit page. Seems to be a bit like saying "You are unique, just like everyone else."

What I’m doing with my life

I just started learning guitar.

I’m really good at

Riding a bicycle on the snowy/icy roads (I don't think it is that special but enough people ask me how in the world I am able to...).

Singing: I'm a baritone that can pass for a bass well enough to sing that part.

I enjoy mathematics enough to have developed some ability with it.

Landscape photography.

Laughing at myself, or finding something to laugh about.

The first things people usually notice about me

The most recent comment I heard was "You look like you are a marathon runner"

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Movies: Fiddler on the Roof-seen it more times than I can count, Princess Bride, Cool Runnings, Jackie Chan Movies

Music: J S Bach, John P Sousa, Beethoven, Copeland, Gershwin, Christian Edition (mens chorus), Andy Mckee, Don Ross, Nora Jones, Hymns, praise songs,

The six things I could never do without

Without getting all philosophical there really isn't anything outside of the bare minimum for the maintenance of life that a person can't live without. (Where would we be without irony and hypothetical questions?)

So I suppose this is more about what a person would not choose to do without.

4. A quiet mountaintop or meadow I can get to occasionally

5. Someone to make music with.

6. Batteries for my digital camera

I spend a lot of time thinking about

If the things I am doing have anything to do with what I should be doing with my life or if I'm just asked to do them because I'm willing to.

On a typical Friday night I am

Resting and enjoying the beginning of the sabbath either at home or with like minded individuals.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm allergic to corn.

I have most of my marbles... it's a marble collection and I'm only missing most of the cheap set I had as a kid ;)

You should message me if

You have or think you have identified the first three items I could not do without based on the text in that space.

You want to praise God or talk about Him.

You have a new word for me to learn.
