I love to laugh and enjoy myself around others. I also appreciate relaxation and quiet time. I have a big heart and will go out of my way to help anyone in need. I'm a straightforward person but can be shy. (Yes, I'm a typical Virgo. LOL) I love the outdoors, cooking, and a really good book. I also LOVE to travel and experience new things and cultures.

I"m currently trying to find a balance between my career and personal life. I've been in the food service industry and management for a total of 16 years. I also have a business as a personal chef. In my free time, I cook for seniors and anyone else that needs a nutritious meal but can't do the physical work. I'm also always striving to find a positive in every negative and challenge myself to accomplish the "impossible".

Some of my favorite movies are Anchorman, The Avengers, Last Holiday, Gaslight and The Ghost and Mrs. Muir and Quentin Tarantino films. My taste in music is across the board, but some of my favorites are Duke Ellington, Prince (who DOESN'T love Prince?), Sade, Enigma, Metallica, White Zombie, Korn, Nine Inch Nails, Old School Hip Hop and the blues. Blues music is my most favorite.

*I'm bashfully admitting that I changed my previous body type from "curvy" to "fit because as much as I talk about food and cooking, I didn't want anyone to think I was chunky. Working a lot and regular exercise keeps me in shape.

You're not afraid of a no-nonsense woman with a sense of humor (sometimes sprinkled with sarcasm) and enjoy stimulating conversation.
