Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I work in the theatre industry so if that doesn't scare you, or
even better, actually peaks your interest, great...
I have traveled a lot of the world doing this work. I have been to
a lot of places that many have never been and most will never
I have done a lot of things that people usually find awesome but
ironically enough, I end up thinking of as just another thing that
I have done...

Most people who get to know me think I am a great guy... They don't
know why a girl has not snatched me up, which I tend to wonder as
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working in a career that I love but takes a lot of time.
I've wanted to work in theatre since I did my first show and I was
9. I never really had an interest in doing anything else.
I work at The Players Theatre in Sarasota running sound and video
for show as well as working with the lighting and then whatever
else needs to be done with the scenic and technical side of
I do what I can to help my Dad who lives in Port Charlotte. I lost
my Mom in May of this year. It was unexpected and a big shock to
the whole family so things have changed for us quite a bit.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
People tell me I am very good at baking. When I make cookies for
work they love them.
I see recipes as a guideline and tend to try different things to
see how they turn out. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it is less
I also tend to make people laugh. Usually end up with the comedic
part in a show even though playing the bad guy can be fun.

Big fan of Stephen King. Love horror and thriller story lines. I
also have enjoyed Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchet, I like the Legend
of Drizzt series by R.A. Salvatore. Lord of the Rings, Harry
Potter, Twilight (even though vampires should not sparkle).
I am a comic book reader but not as many titles as I might enjoy
reading (you could go broke doing that...).
Currently reading another of R.A. Salvatore's Forgotten Realms
Name it... I love all types of movies even the "chick flicks",
horror, comedy, musical, bizarre... I am up for it. (Anything by
My regular TV watching is limited due to crazy work schedule I have
never been good with appointment television. Currently no DVR
either so I catch what I like when I can.

I do enjoy 'The Office', "The Big Bang Theory', 'Smallville',

Whatever might strike an interest...
The most reality that I get is 'Face Off', 'Jim Henson's Creature
Shop', 'Chopped', 'Cutthroat Kitchen', 'Ink Masters', 'Tattoo
Nightmares', 'Epic Ink'.
More of the competition reality shows...
I can appreciate all types of music as well even if they are not my
favorite. Most played; Meat Loaf, Jimmy Buffet, Broadway
soundtracks. Anything that makes you feel good or pumps you up... I
don't like 'angry music'...
I grew up being told a meal was not a meal without a sacrifice. I
am not opposed to vegetables but I want meat too...
(I was a vegetarian for a day by accident once.)
I am willing to try anything once or twice.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In no particular order...
1 - Shorts - I hate wearing long pants... Even in college in
Illinois, I wore shorts all year. I got some weird looks but shorts
are more comfy...
2- Flip Flops - Shoes are very close to pants... I prefer the
comfort of some flip flops or toe shoes are great too, like wearing
nothing at all...
3 - Movies - I love all types, always a good way to escape
reality... If you want to get me talking, start talking about
4 - God/Family - regardless of how hard things are, they always
make it better.
The last two are the necessary evils...
5 - Money - Until everything is free and/or volunteering pays the
bills, I will need it...
6 - Work - a means of getting number 5... Of course even if I was
independently wealthy, and/or everything was free, and/or
volunteering paid the bills, I like to keep busy. I enjoy the work
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What was and what will be or could be.
I tend to either re-enact confrontations or possible situations and
think about how they could have turned out.
'What if' situations. What would happen if I had taken a different
career path? What if I had done the smallest thing different. The
whole butterfly effect deal...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
With my current job, if we are in show mode, I am off... Weird I
know for a show to be dark on a Friday night, but Drag Queen Bingo
brings in some good revenue so that is the norm for the theatre on

I am up for anything but generally I end up heading to a movie or
watching one at home relaxing.
Ideally? Enjoying time with friends or family. Playing games, or
seeing a movie or heading out and playing pool or darts.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I get really annoyed when I take the time on here to read a
profile, and send a message that is more than;
"Hi... How are you?"
"Wassup? Ur cute!"
(Which most ladies on here claim to desire the former...)
Then getting no response (whether is states on the profile they
respond selectively or very selectively), or worse yet, no response
and then seeing the profile is deactivated...
I am not sure how truthful ladies are being when they say they want
a nice guy when they ignore one who spends the time to write a
decent message containing information from the profile, and or
pictures instead of, "Yo, gurl, you foin... Hit me ^"
Even a 'Thanks but no thanks' or 'Drop dead' is better than being

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You aren't looking for a GQ model (I work on it when I get the
motivation.) or a sugar daddy (I went in the the entertainment
industry... Only a slim chance that I will be rich).
You don't expect extravagant gifts and trips ALL the time. Again, I
work in the theatre...
But you want a guy who enjoys your company and being around you (if
there is that connection), who is somewhat old fashioned and one of
the rare gentleman who will open your car door for you and wants to
take care of someone (not that you can't take care of yourself and
only if you want someone to take care of you...)
Who are you looking for?
