My self-summary
I'm an actor who just moved out to LA from NYC after six years of freezing his ass off. So far, the LA polar vortex wins.

I grew up in California, lived in Oregon, so I'm a bit of a sun-worshiping tree-hugger. I try to be outside as much as possible (barefoot when I can)-- Runyon Canyon has become an immediate hit with me.

I love chatting about politics and art, but I like any conversation that's tangential. They're the most fun. Bicycles.

Body art is one of my favorite things, and I'd love to get a tattoo at some point, but my 'favorite' design changes about every five minutes. It's a conundrum. The above is also largely true of Street art. I'd never finish a painting.

I lived and worked in Paris, so I also love any chance to get or make French food.

I'm a daywalker, not a ginger. If you know what I'm talking about, mad points.

I love good beer. Or a cheap beer/shot combo. It'll do.

I'm a goof. Seriously.
What I’m doing with my life
Wishing I was Donald Glover.
I’m really good at
-Verbifying- turning nouns into actions
-Pretending that I've opened subway doors using the Force
-Being really, really Irish
-Over-caffenating
-Breathing fire. Or am I joking?
-Speaking French with just about anyone. Including non-french-speakers
-Pointing out incorrect usage of the phrase "Well, that's ironic." It's a thing.

I really dig yoga too.... but can you be 'good' at that?
The first things people usually notice about me
If they see me first, the red hair.

If they hear me first, the big laugh.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books- Nineteen Eighty-Four, RED, Breakfast of Champions, A Confederacy of Dunces, Harry Potter, Shakespeare, Stoppard, Hunter Thompson. Currently re-reading the Song of Ice and Fire series..

Movies- American Beauty (all time fav!), Donnie Darko, Kick-Ass, Wet Hot American Summer, SLC Punk, Mel Brooks, Monty Python. Lebowski.

Shows- Daily Show, Colbert, Parks and Rec, Community, Arrested Development, Kitchen Nightmares, Criminal Minds, The Walking Dead, Dexter, South Park, Slings and Arrows.

Music-...um... if it sounds good, it is good? From Miles Davis to Jay-Z (and Biggie! Dude was a god) to Anti-flag to Bob Dylan. Seriously, if it sounds good, I like it. I have a real weakness for late sixties rock though. And Childish Gambino.

Food- Anything French. Also pizza, sushi, breakfast sandwiches, indian food, and anything with bacon. Pair it with a good beer or a good bourbon and I'm totally set.
The six things I could never do without
-music
-acting
-bacon
-beer
-close friends
-oxygen. I don't do the others well without it.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How do people find Big Bang Theory funny? HOW????
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once broke into the wrong apartment at 4AM to try to let in a friend who lost her keys at the bar. There wasn't a second attempt.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 21–31
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
If nothing I've written here sounds interesting. Who needs compatibility, right?

Or if you have a thing for blatantly Irish guys. Because I totally have that one covered.

If you can drive a conversation. If you travel, have traveled or dream of traveling. If novelty sounds better than routine.
