My name is Adam I'm 24 I'm shy but very selfless. I do have anxiety and depression but besides all the negative... I love to be very active! I work two jobs and still find time for my friends and just having a good time. I absolutely love the mountains, hiking, riding my bike. can't live without music I like way to much to list on here but a few bands I like Volumes, Veil of maya, We came as romans. just to list a few. I just try my best to have a blast.

Searching for someone compassionate and caring I don't think that is possible anymore these days. Someone should prove me wrong.

Being completely honest helping people out and being myself. drawing. biking. running, hiking, climbing. Having fun being a dork, Video games, If you get to know me well enough I'm very good at helping people get through tough times and give them the confidence they need and If you need to cry on someone's shoulder I'll be there no matter what.

As for physical appearance umm I'm not really sure I'll leave that for you to decide :) but I'd say my smile. But I'd say the main thing is I'm shy at first.

Dont really read much my ADD gets in the way of that.
I like action and horror movies.
I like Metal and trance mainly but I like other genres as well!
I love food way to much to pick just one thing!!! lol.

What can I do to get over my shyness it holds me back so much in so many ways I can't stand it! but once I get to know the person it'll go away but it's that initial shyness that I cannot stand.

Either watching movies or hanging out at a friends kickback.

I'm way too nice for my own good people usually end up taking advantage and walking all over me..
