Thanks for looking at my profile, it's a bit intimidating sitting here and coming up with blurb about myself but here goes. I'm into all of the usual stuff; cinema, music, reading, cooking & eating out and walks/drives out & about. Not a massive sports guy, but I don't have a problem with folk who are (unless you're some kind of nasty football hooligan!).
All of that stuff is kind of boring though so let me elaborate a little on some of the intricacies:
I love cinema - always have done! Bit of a film nerd but don't worry there are no movie posters on my walls!
While I have a pretty varied taste in music I do like stuff that has a bit of umph to it. Ballads aren't really my thing, but I do have some very guilty pleasures in that regard.
I love ducks, just think they are hilarious. In all seriousness I intend to have my own ducks someday (you can train them to wear nappies!).
I really like to explore. I've hovered around the URBEX scene for a while now and may well take the plunge someday.
I think underground tunnels are really cool.
I love dogs. Don't have any because I live alone but man I would love a puppy.Cats, I don't hate them but they make me sneeze if I don't take a pill.
I'm not really a nightclub guy, never really have been.
I was a pretty big guy until a few years back. I'm still a bit chunky but it's going in the right direction! I've lost a canny bit of weight these last couple of years.
I think I am single because of the above - not so good for the confidence!
The idea of having a family someday really appeals to me.
I think there is no finer meal than a roast chicken dinner.
For any shallow heads out there I have my own place, a canny job, and get on really well with my family & friends!
I was once a fine dining chef, so you know, bonus!
Anyway, I'll stop with the rambling and just say thanks for putting up with me for this long, and if you think you could put up with me a bit longer don't be scared to say hello!
Cheers!
James
