My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I try to enjoy life any way I can. New people, new places, new board games, new music, new foods, new sports, being challenged with new experiences is important to me. Laughing comes easily, and I love my friends. Some may say I am very extroverted, but I am also content to simply lay around and enjoy something frivolous on my own. In terms of the username, adventures and snacks are two of my favorite things. Especially together.

I'm new to OKCupid, still trying to figure out what is important to put on here. Some more traditional bio stuff:
I grew up outside of Annapolis, MD in a loud, crazy family. I went to college up in PA and studied as many things as I could, but majored in Religious Studies and Mathematics.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a pretty good job at a small tech firm, and I am almost done recovering from knee surgery. I am also not always so bearded, but they happen sometimes.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
* Getting lost in a problem or mystery, and then emerging an hour later with a bizarre solution.
* Getting kids to laugh and feel included.
* Creating new phrases or words, to the point where people don't recognize they didn't exist before that moment
* Sometimes when I come home from work late, and all of the lights are off, I don't turn them on so I can try to be blind all of the way to my room. I've gotten pretty good at it.
* Non sequitors.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
how my smile includes my eyes.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
* Experimenting with flavors (I love being a mad scientist in a kitchen)
* Adventuring with friends
* Ultimate
* Being near water
* NPR/ Podcasts
* Board Games/ Puzzles/ Riddles/ Anything that twists my brain
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
what motivates people, what makes us so passionate and so weird
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I usually don't know my opinion on something until I am talking with someone about it. It's like most of the puzzle pieces are in my brain, and I've made a frame out of straight-edge pieces. But I don't know what the full picture is until I discuss it with someone else. Sometimes, it doesn't even look like the box that it came out of.
