I love to play outside in the mountains -- hiking, climbing, snowboarding, kayaking, swinging from a hammock under a pine tree. I don't always wear 80's onesies, but do own more than one. I like to learn fun facts and to go on adventures with vibrant people.

I'm in graduate school, studying public health and genetics. I work mostly in Seattle, with partnerships in Alaska and Montana, which makes for some rad business trips. I like to snowboard, especially in the backcountry with my splitboard, to backpack long distances, to eat good food, and to see new sights. I also dabble in climbing and trying to collect good stories and caring friends.

My current project is learning about weather in the pacific northwest so that I can predict a powder day.
