I am new to Portland. I took off work for a year in 2012 and had the best year of my life. Spent a couple of months in Vail Colorado, then hiked 1,300 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail. Loved every minute of it! I think anybody who knows me would say that I possess a certain ability to make people feel comfortable in my presence. I work very hard at everything I do, but am not a type A personality. I almost never have a beard....but all of my most current pictures are bearded, so yeah.

whatever I can! I love everything that life has to offer.

i am really good at....hmmm a lot of stuff I would like to think. For sure skiing, anything outdoors for the most part. Pretty good at relating with people from all walks of life. Travel is certainly a specialty of mine;) I'm also not to shabby in the kitchen or on the grill.

Either my green eyes or my dimples. At least when I am not sporting a beard.

I love to read, currently on the third book of the Game of Thrones series. Others that I particularly like would be The Glass Castle, Into Thin Air, Of Mice and Men, The Story of Edgar Sawtelle...I was an English major in college so i have read quite a range of books. Favorite movies would be Pans Labrynth, Sin Nombre, American History X, Forest Gump. Food...I eat everything but try to keep it healthy. Sushi takes the cake!

I love me some music. You can find me at a punk show or at a bluegrass festival. Currently listrning to a lot of Avett Brothers, Alexi Murdoch, Of Monsters and Men, JAy Z, Sollilaquists of Sound amongst others. Tom Petty, The Dead, Zep, and Paul Simon are all like comfort food. Don't eat it to often, but I love it everytime I do.

I could be camping in the woods, having a delicious dinner with some beer or wine, or downtown having drinks. Depends on the week.

That Im on this website way more than I should be! Hopefully it will serve its purpose and I can be done with it soon.

You like the outdoors and consider yourself reasonably fit. If you want new experiences in your life and somebody to help you find those opportunities:)
