My self-summary
Hiya!

I feel it's time I updated this page.

Well let's see. I guess in point form, my best traits would be:

. Easy to get along with, humorous and very openminded (wait.. should all of this be on a single point? Meh)
. Musically talented (if I do say so myself.. which obviously I do)
. Quite Techy. I love me some computers and the like.
. I like group games in the style of Munchkin, or Settlers of Katan (and yes, D&D, since it's popped into your head by now).
. I like making point forms that aren't very point formy.

Other then that, hrm.. I guess I just like meeting people and learning about them. I enjoy listening to someone's experience in life, thus I find spending time with the elderly (the lucid ones anyway) to be an invaluable source of entertainment (and they like the company too, so it's win/win).

I consider it a good day if you've made it to the end without overtly hurting anyone; If you've learning something new (or brushed up on something you already knew) and if all possible, make someone else's life a bit sweeter.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now, I'm interested in getting into college for Computer Tech. I'd like to get A+ Certification (and hopefully Server Maintenance Cert. along with it) and hopefully get some good jobs from it.

I also make music as a hobby, which sometimes leads to cash (not often though) I've made game music and/or just stuff off the top of my head.
I’m really good at
Fixing broken systems, hardware or software (usually both in any good mess). It always feels good to wrench the control of a system from the slimy hands of a virus or rootkit (or just poor programming.. looking at you Microsoft..) and give it back to a client fresh, clean and working how they want.

I'd like to think I'm pretty good at music aswell. It's a hobby mainly, but I've seen some success in the Indie game circles. If we talk, please feel free to ask about them (I love sharing my tunes, why make them otherwise?)!

I'm also not terrible at construction or demolition. I did a course with Threshold School of Building quite a few years back and luckily I've not forgotten the things they taught me. Huzzah!
The first things people usually notice about me
Most likely my outgoing nature. I won't bend over backwards for you, but I'll certainly try to help if I can.

Next would be my.. er.. wacky sense of humour. I've got probably a few years of total time spent watching and listening to comedians under my belt, thus giving me the ability to be silly in witty ways. I also do love crude humour.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
For books, I love things that have to do with history. I find reading about history to be comforting on my nerves. I've recently been reading the awesome Foxfire series. I also enjoy the Punishing (haha) humour in the Xanth series. Really worth the read if you like Fantasy!

My musical tastes are very, very diverse. I can enjoy almost any song or genre and I find the beauty in lots of stuff that some people seem to miss. I really enjoy my own music and it's great fun to collaborate with others to make a good song even better.

I'm not that big on movies.. but I have seen some recently that I enjoyed a lot. Terry Pratchet's The Colour of Magic was amazing, Nothing was interesting, and i've always loved The Fifth Element.

Not much into TV, though I do love Penn & Teller's Bullshit, Big Bang Theory, Father Ted, Simpsons, Monty Python's Flying Circus, etc. anything with some good humour in it, I tend to like it. MST3K is one of my all time favorite series (and now that Rifftrax has picked up, that too!). When I feel particularly wacky, I watch old episodes of Beavis & Butthead. Sometimes the crude, brass humour just hits that spot and it's awesome!

I'm not a really picky eater; can't afford to be really. I love Lasagna quite alot, corn beef hash is also great. anything that I can make is ok with me to be honest (however I dislike parmesan unless it's mixed with other cheeses.. blech).
The six things I could never do without
.computer
.my buddies
.keyboard (for music)
.comedy
.internet (ok.. I can do without it, but after a few days I start getting the shakes)
.these point forms, seriously, woo! (I couldn't think of anything for the sixth point..)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I tend to think about things way larger then either my attention span or sense of reasoning can handle. Sometimes I'll ponder about my existence, and then I'll move on to thinking about how neat it is that I can actually think something like that. I can be very deep, but also pretty ignorant at the same time.
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm usually making a tune, or fiddling with code or this or that. I'm quite happy to spend time in my room. Apparently I was born to have a Man Cave as I've been living it for a while now.

On the non-typical night, I suppose I'll join my friends for a game of Munchkin or something similar. Yes, more basement dwelling, but socially (kinda?)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Well, I'm still a virgin. I'm like a friggin unicorn (no I don't watch My Little Pony.. what is with those guys anyways? I don't get it)!

I've had girlfriends in the past, but nothing really serious ever developed. Mainly due to me having a tough time with anxieties or this or that. Childhood and teens weren't the most stable for me but as I matured I grew more stable and then the power of medical science compelled me with meds, and now I live a pretty normal.. virgin life? wait..
