My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Note: Currently in London visiting my parents for Christmas (I'm American, they are just here for work. Though I did used to live here for a few years growing up)

Artist/Actor (I'm not the average actor type at all but I understand some people aren't into actors.)
Martial Artist
From Philly in LA
Crossfit (sans-cultiness, which is not a word)
Hopeless romantic loner (sounds like an oxymoron but really just means I'm a hopeless romantic but I don't want to have someone just to have someone, no matter how great they are. If it's not the real thing, I'd rather be alone.)
Large, close extended family

(I turned this section into bullet points because it's impossible to explain yourself. I'm sure I've left out many things others would write down about me)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Actor/artist with obvious bar side job to pay the bills.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Art. I act, draw, write, paint, etc.

I'd hope martial arts after all those years/thousands of dollars.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Height. I hear 'omg you're tall!' or 'have you always been that tall? Am I shrinking?' on a daily basis.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Never a good way to answer this. Go too high-brow and its pretentious. Too low-brow and you look unsophisticated.

Currently reading House of Leaves by Mark Z Danielewski.

Anything palahniuk. Bukowski. Mostly random books I think would be interesting. Anything scientific (I love learning new things). A Moveable Feast. Etc. I just bought Ulysses by James Joyce. It is a bucket list book to read.

Fight club is my favorite (I don't care if it's cliche, I decided it well before anyone I knew even liked it and not changing it). Also, rebel without a cause, it happened one night, flashpoint, la jetee, un chien andalou, layer cake, anything martial arts based (good fight scenes. Good ones). I went to film school so if it's random and obscure, I've either seen it, or could appreciate it.

Always sunny, Brooklyn 9-9, true blood, Cosmos, walking dead, archer, bobs burgers, family guy, vampire diaries, community, Reno 911, American dad, how I met your mother, game of thrones, etc

Too wide to say all but my favorite genre is punk rock/pop punk (I once had a conversation with someone who said 'oh I love punk rock!' 'I was just listening to Rancid on the way here.' 'Who?' I.... I had to leave immediately.) and electronic/dance/techno/etc (I refuse to say edm. My dad listened to Heavy Metal and Techno when I was growing up so I love both. Not new to it with this recent surge in popularity)

Generally not a picky eater but if I had to survive on one diet.... I'd go Japanese.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out watching movies or more likely working.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I sometimes talk to myself when I'm trying to figure things out. Such as the normal trying to find keys ('where the fuck did I put them?!'), to the self-depreciating ('they were right on the desk where they always are you idiot') to the philosophical train of thought (.... I'm not even gonna attempt an example, you get the idea).

No voice in my head aside from my own has answered back yet so that's a good sign.
