My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When I was in school and had to write an essay, I hated it. So you can imagine how much I love having to sell myself on here without being able to see if it's working or not.

I was born and raised in this wonderful city and when someone says they're bored it makes me cringe. I am a believer in the sayings "Only boring people get bored" and "Can't never did anything" and yes I know the last one is a double negative.

I say thank you when getting off the bus, leave the toilet seat down, read comics, watch all kinds of movies (big budget, independent, foreign, straight to video, etc etc), play pinball, play on playgrounds, am just as happy eating nice fancy food as I am comfort food, hate wearing ties, and am quite content. I save the drama for my movies and TV shows and the baggage for traveling. I do also write back
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it. I don't believe in dwelling on what makes me unhappy and complaining about it. I believe in changing it. You know... Living your life.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
answering trivia questions, swinging really high (on swingsets), sleeping, abusing ellipsis, and balancing a bunch of quarters on my elbow and then catching them when I put my arm down with that hand.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Depends on what side of me they see.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

BOOKS: I'm currently on a crime kick right now with the Department Q, Parker, and Harry Hole series... I can't explain why but it's what's going on currently. Survivor, Invisible Monsters (Cause it's the Pacific Northwest thing to do), Franny And Zooey (which got me to like Royal Tenenbaums), Immortality, The Hunter, Descarte's Bones, Green Eggs and Ham, Death in Yellowstone, and comic books and graphic novels too.

MOVIES: Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Killer, Breakfast Club, Airplane, Caddyshack, Ghostbusters, Miller's Crossing, The Thing, Night of the Living Dead, Rushmore, Heat, Empire Strikes Back, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Jaws, and anything by Kathryn Bigelow.

Also movies I recently bought: John Wick, Hardware (I sold my original copy for the 25th anniversary and then found out it was Region 2 and had to rebuy it), Big Hero 6, The Guest, Man With No Name trilogy, and the Fast and Furious series which to me is pure cheesy fun.

SHOWS: As my picture shows... Twin Peaks. Also, The Wire, Doctor Who, Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel/Firefly, Mad Men, Breaking Bad, House of Games, Arrested Development, Black Books,

MUSIC: Pixies, Laurie Anderson, Talking Heads, AC/DC, Nirvana, Depeche Mode, That Dog, David Bowie, Joy Division, Visqueen, Pulp, Daft Punk, and the New Wave stuff
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
my wallet (it's got my ID)
being in water of some sort
comic books
And whatever I'm into at the moment
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
pointless things that are unimportant in life. Like the old fashioned one about hot dogs and buns being sold in different numbers, why one ply toilet paper exists, what did people do before ladders, how do flies land on the ceiling, and other classics.

Also about living in Iceland with a dog named Destro
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Doing what I want. I don't believe in having to go out just because it's a Friday or Saturday. I believe in going where you want to and doing what you want to because you want to, not because of what the day is
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like pro wrestling and have even gone to Wrestlemania. And yes, I know it's not real or that it's fake or whatever one would say... But I also know that about Better Call Saul, Mad Men, and Archer. I'll also be happy to answer any questions or discuss any favorites... Or blunders.
