Okay lets see...I am a pretty high energy and intensely extroverted person. I really go out of my way to make people feel welcome and cared for, but I suppose I have to work on recognizing who is and is not worthy of that attention. I enjoy telling a good story and having people listen, but I have also been described as a good listener. I am a dabbler; my interests are wide ranging, (generally in the many and ubiquitous categories of Nerd, haha) but I am not super focused or involved in any one thing. I am fundamentally non judgmental and adaptable. My style changes from day to day; one of my nicknames is "The Chameleon." Yeah...I have nerdy friends too, obviously.

I currently attend SUNY Geneseo and LOVE it. I am a history major with a minor in English, and this is unimaginably fulfilling for me; in a perfect world, I will get my fantasy novels published and teach somewhere as a college professor, but I plan on going to Grad school for secondary education in case the world doesn't turn out to be so perfect, haha. Thats really okay with me though; I write because I love it, because I can't imagine not writing. And I have always enjoyed teaching and helping others. I am also the Vice President of the Pride Alliance on campus, and am extremely dedicated to human rights.

Well, I certainly HOPE I am really good at writing. People tell me I am; its a plus if it turns out to be true. ;P I am also a fairly competent singer; I was in several select choral groups throughout high school and did the competitions for a while, but now I just sing for fun and for myself when the mood strikes me. On a less material level, people have unofficially dubbed me the "mother" of my group of friends; I am the person people go to if they have a complicated emotional problem/controversy, or if they just need to talk. On a similar note I am pretty good at debating although sometimes my passion for the subject stunts my ability to reason on the spot/under pressure. I'm workin' on that. Finally, I happy to say that I am good at keeping things in perspective.

Personality-wise it would have to be my outgoing and exuberant nature. Part of this is deliberate, especially in new situations, but mostly I am just a bubbly person. Even when I am unhappy, I find my spirits instantly lift when I am around interesting people who are able to carry on a conversation. I need people, I am unashamed to admit it.

Hanging out with some close friends, chilling, watching a movie, or going to some random concert. (Ever since the advent of a job and a mode of transportation, concerts have played an increasingly large and awesome part in my life. ^^)
