Here I am a very successful professional, a scientist, molecular biologist, and suddenly my DJing seems to be taking off. Who knows where my hobby will take me? I originally got into music as an aside to express my creativity that was frequently hindered in the corporate R&D labs. These days I often go to Ruby Skye in the city to relax after my high paced work week.
My social circle is expanding exponentially. I know artists, musicians, programmers, engineers, actors, video production people, etc.
While I've achieved success in the different fields I engage in, what I'm lacking is purpose. I want something beyond having a good time. I'd like to share my adventures with someone, be challenged by someone special, go places I don't normally go, try new things.
I'd like to meet someone as philosophical and deep as I am. Someone who often looks and thinks beyond the superficiality of modern day to day existence. Smart, but fun, not afraid to push their boundaries and try new things, experiment, open minded. I'm missing intimacy. Expressing thoughts and ideas I don't get to even to close friends.
I feel like I'm this weird Neapolitan mix of nerdy and cool. I love technology but I also like meeting new people and trying to get everyone to have a good time. I'm a social chameleon and can mesh with any group, blue collar, white collar, anyone as I worked my own way up from the bottom and give respect to all.
I like working on and modding cars. I love the outdoors, hiking, and visiting the ocean as much as I can. I love spontaneous trips, I recently have been traveling all over California and the U.S. lately, also it seems I'll be going to Switzerland soon.

Trance, goth, and industrial are favorites. Armin Van Buuren is a hero of mine, I also love Above and Beyond, BT, Ferry Corsten, Thrillseekers, Andy Moor, etc, etc. I'm pretty happy I get to see them play shows on a regular basis and learn each time.
