Hi there! My Name is Charles, but people call me Alex. I am 20 years old, and live in Tigard, Oregon. I am going to PCC Sylvania to get credits towards my degree at OSU. I want to be a music performance major. I play the trumpet, and am learning piano at school. I speak English, a lot of Spanish, and am learning German at school. I am living at home for the moment, but hopefully that will change fairly soon. I'm usually a quiet guy, but when I get energetic I can be quite vocal. I am a jokster. I love to tell jokes and make people smile. I love to listen to people talk as well. I am also more sensitive than most guys. I seem to be approachable whenever people need to tell someone their problems. I like to have fun (I know, who doesn't?) by that I mean I am cool to do almost anything. It could be as chill as just watching movies on the couch, or sometimes check out the night life downtown. I like doing the typical teenage things.

I am a full time student at PCC Sylvania getting credits for a music degree, which I will complete at OSU. I am also looking for work, but am having no luck in finding one. I am just getting through school and trying to stay sane.

I am really good at music. I play the trumpet, and some piano. I'm also really good at making people laugh. I try to keep the jokes coming. I've also gotten really good at smoking hookah. Blowing O's is really fun. I am also a very good listener and communicator. I guess you could say I'm good with electronics as well. I am really good with languages. I like to learn new ones and practice the ones I do know.

Well, aside from the obvious that I am a bigger guy, I have been told that my smile and laugh are infectious, and that I have nice hair. My eyes are also very blue. I am very soft spoken and probably a little noticeably shy.

I really don't read that much, so I can't say that I have a favorite book or book series. As far as movies go, I like comedies, and action movies the most, followed by sci-fi movies. Some of my favorite actors are Bruce Willis, John Belushi, Chris Farley, Christopher Walken, and Christopher Lloyd. I like Futurama a lot. I also like American Dad, Adventure Time, Regular Show, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Breaking Bad, and too many more to list. I like a lot of music, although I don't usually listen to music made after the year 2000. I have decided to make a more extensive list.

Movies: Back to the Future one two and three, the Indiana Jones series, the Original Star Wars, The Dark Knight, Predator, Terminator one and two, The Avengers, Argo, the Pixar movies, Highlander, Friday, Super Troopers, Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained.

Television: Family Guy, South Park, Futurama, American Dad, Bob's Burger's, Adventure Time, Regular Show, Archer, It's Always Sunny, Louie, Kitchen nightmares, Top Gear, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, Lost.

Music: Led Zepplin, The Who, Black Sabbath, Elton John, Billy Joel, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Dio, Ozzy Osbourne, Van Halen, Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard, Sonny Rollins, Maynard Ferguson, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Eddie Money, Gordon Goodwin, RHCP, KC and the sunshine band, there are far too many to name
