Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey there! My name is Alexander, I'm an ambitious, adventurous,
arduous young soul steadily focused on creating a happy and
successful life. I also clearly love using adjectives to excess
I consider myself a Floridian, but when I was eighteen I realized I
needed to create a life somewhere new and challenging and I knew
New York was my destination. I've been here 4 years now and I
absolutely love everything it has to offer.
I went through all the typical trials and tribulations of being in
New York alone at eighteen, while studying for my degree in
mortuary science (yeah I know, creepy, but I love it)...But!
through each battle there had been a good lesson learned at the end
of course. In December of 2012, I graduated with my degree and
shortly after started my residency as a funeral director.
And to make a long story short (too late I know) in February of
2014 I was finally licensed! And now, I'm trying to decided whether
to go to get my MD in bereavement psychiatry or work toward become
a professor of psychology or something in that area.
And that's kind of my twenty-two years of life in a nut
And oh, before doing what I do now, I was a classically trained
trombonist and was going to go to school to become a professional
conductor. But life changes sometimes...as in always, and you got
gotta roll with the punches right?
Of course I'm still a huge advocate and admirer of classical music
and anything else I can find ☺️
Talk to me to find out anything else you'd like to know!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Well at this current point in life I am a Licensed Funeral Director
and Embalmer, and I absolutely love every minute of my career! Yes,
of course there are times that my work can be taxing, toilsome, and
tuckering but there is no better feeling in the world then to be
there for a family in grief from the initial arrangement all the
way till the last shovelful of soil is laid upon a freshly dug
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Generally speaking, I'm simply good at being a good, kind-hearted
person to my friends, family, co-workers, and the families I serve.
I enjoy learning from other whether their outcome was positive or
negative, there is always something you can learn from the
experiences of others!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would say people usual notice that I am a very positive,
uplifting, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. Therefore, I'm usually all
smiles and pretty darn welcoming. Even if I'm frustrated at
something, I'll simply smile and be pretty silent. Sometimes it's
just better listen then to speak!

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Putting bow ties on dogs to make them look sophisticated and then
having long one sided conversations with them about existentialism,
while smoking cigars.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with my friends drinking good cocktails and making
wonderfully hilarious decisions.
