Hi, I am a Junior majoring in Psychology and Child Development. I am also in a 5 year program to get my masters to teach prek-2nd grade. I am a member of the women's rugby team at my university and I absolutely love it. Despite tackling people for fun, I am actually pretty soft off of the pitch. I work a lot with kids and hope to later on. I like to dance (even though I am not great at it) and I'm bit of a goof once I warm up to people. Ain't nobody got time to take life too seriously. I am usually content with staying in on weekends and watching a movie but I also love to go out and have fun with the people I care about.

I love to laugh! Take me to a comedy show and I'll be the happiest person on earth. I have seen Colin and Brad (From Whose Line) and Russell Peters and they were fantastic.

I love trying new things for fun! I recently started Brazillian Jiu Jitsu to try while rugby is off season so we'll see how that goes. :P

I am a pretty low maintenance/ low drama girl and I always tell things how they are, even when it is difficult to do so. I hate when people don't bring up an issue when it is present and it ends up causing more trouble than it's worth.

My british/american hybrid accent usually surprises people (lived in England for 10 years).

Any movie that will make me laugh, anything that will make me think (Inception, Limitless, Shawshank Redemption, A Beautiful Mind), and things with action/explosions (Batman, James Bond, etc.). Oh, and any Pixar. So good. I generally don't like horror movies though. :/

I generally don't have much time to read for pleasure but I can appreciate different kinds when I have the time.

I like to watch Breaking Bad, HIMYM, New Girl, interesting documentaries, the occasional medical show (Grey's, House), discovery channel, and occasionally something trashy for the laughs.

In terms of music, pretty much I will listen to anything but country. I appreciate music with a good beat but I also like to chill with classical music/movie soundtracks (Hans Zimmer is my hero) on my surround sound system when I have work to do. ;)

Food- My parents are from Trinidad so I love the food my mum makes. Besides that, I'm not too picky. I have been trying to branch out more recently so if you have any suggestions, I'd be happy to try something new. I will try almost anything at least once.
