NOTE: I have just recently started seeing someone, so it's friendship only right now. But for everyone else, I wish all of you the best of luck in whatever you do :).

Its funny, but I realized that OKcupid thinks I am a bit introverted. Not sure I totally agree with that one...but...I have decided to buy myself a motorcycle, stay tuned for more!

I suppose that this will take a little time to write, but to start...

- I am one of the luckiest guys in the world. I have a wonderful friends, family, child and I love what I do for a living.
- I don't like to play games in real-life. I play enough games on the computer.
- I am a pretty high energy person, but there are times where I just want to be lazy.
- I am a very self-sufficient person and not really clingy.
- I've got a great sense of humor. It can be a bit sarcastic at times though.
-I have a pretty strong personality, I am my own person. This doesn't make me everyone's cup of tea. If you like someone that has a definite opinion, carries his own weight in life and is loyal to a fault, then I am that person.
- I don't consider myself a religious person, but I respect someones right to be religious.
- I am geek. This means that any electronic device and I instantly bond. I am easily hypnotized by blinky lights and lots of buttons.
- Sometimes I am on the go and sometimes I just want to do nothing but be a bum around the house.
- I am not perfect, I am me. Every day I get and I hope that I can do better.
- I love to cook, but I hate cooking for one. Food is more fun when shared with those you care about.
- I do love Home Depot/Lowes. I can fix most things around your house, but it may not always be pretty.
- I love what I do for a job and yes, I work too much sometimes.
- I want to leave the world a little better than when I found it.
- I believe in love and I believe there is the one perfect person for me.
- My brain tends to go about a million miles an hour, so you will find I multi-task a lot.
- I read a lot, mostly non-fiction, but some fiction as well.
- I can play video games for hours, but I love analog companionship.
- I have loads of computers around me, but I hate e-books; it just doesn't feel like a book.
- I respect a woman's need to have clothes, shoes and other accessories.
- I am a guy, therefore I will chivalrous and clueless. I will slay any dragon or charge any windmill for my Dulcinea, but there is no way I am going to admit this in public :).
- Yes, I will need you because you are my better half.
- When I'm on the shower, I AM the next American Idol.

I do not believe in forcing things to work. I have some great friends and I value all of them. At the time same time, if I meet someone that piques my interest, so much the better :). Be human, be yourself.

Seriously (for one second), I have no idea what people first notice about me. I think the best part of me take time to discover. I think that the best part of everyone are always deeper. Too often we do not take the time to get to know someone.

For those of you that have taken the DISC personality test, I am a VERY high D and high I personality :). I've taken the test several times over the last 10 years for professional reasons. Hasn't changed yet...

Food - Yes..hahah! I love food, all kinds of food. I hate to cook for one though, so when its just me, its pretty much whatever I feel like scraping up.

Books/Magazines/Paper Stuff - I love to read. I have a lot of non-fiction (history, current events, etc.) as I have said, but I also love Harry Potter, thrillers, magazines and quite a few science fiction books. I am a big fan of history and current events.

Music - Pretty eclectic too. A lot of 80s stuff, rock, pop, but then I have some country/bluegrass too. About the only thing I don't listen to is rap.

TV - A wide bunch of things. I really don't get in to reality shows, but if you really want to watch American Idol, I can stand that...ha! Otherwise, its everything from CNN to Travel Channel, Babylon 5, NCIS, Burn Notice, Firefly, Life, Family Guy, Top Gear (loads of bonus points if you know what show this is!!) and even the occasional Law and Order.

Movies - Yes lots of them. The latest was Iron Man, but let me just list a few random movies, in no particular order...any of the Bourne series, Animal House, Blue Brothers, Harold and Kumar, Star Wars, Serenity, Four Weddings and Funeral, Big Fish, James Bond series, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter series, Jimmy Neutron, Monty Python, Big Fish, Buckaroo Banzi, Band of Brothers, most anything from Pixar, most anything from Mel Brooks, Backdraft, Blade Runner, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Talledega Nights (SHAKE AND BAKE BABY!), Band of Brothers. Hot Fuzz, Serenity, Steel Magnolias, Hunt for Red October,

The Internet, cookies, coffee, sweat pants, family and friends, cell phones/Blackberry (I have a love/hate thing with both), air conditioning, socks, heat..ok so I have a few more than 6...

Life, the Universe and Everything...

My brain goes about a million miles an hour most of the time.

I will be running with the bulls in Pamplona someday. I have been widely derided as a lunatic and many people have asked if I could designate them as my beneficiary on my insurance.
