I'm very passionate about pursuing my dreams. It's so easy to get caught up in work in this city, so work-life balance is really important to me. New York City is amazing, so now that I'm good and settled I'm looking for someone to share the experience with. I'm a bit geeky sometimes, so I enjoy staying in and playing PS3 as much as going out to a show.

I love learning and finding new ways to be inspired. I work for a great organization with some really fantastic people who keep me on my toes (ask me about my boss's TED talk). It's nice to be around a bunch of people who love making mistakes together every day.

I really enjoy spending time getting to know people. I've been called quiet, but I can talk for hours about a topic I care about.

I'm also good at making martinis with just the right amount of vermouth.

I'm usually walking in from outside rather than teleporting, so my hair tends to need readjusting after being tousled by the wind.

Speaking of my hair, someone once told me that it keeps me from looking too serious. I think that's a compliment?

My hands-down favorite movie is Submarine, with Waking Life coming in a close second. For TV, I generally love intelligent dramas, particularly ones with a sci-fi twist. Battlestar Galactica is the epitome of this. My music tastes can be all over the place. My somewhat embarrassing music profile is on Rdio. I love to read books on psychology, but some favorites are Flatland, Switch, and Quiet.
