My Self-Summary
Hi there everyone my name is Dani. it is short for Danielle. I am a
full time college student and a full time worker at a local casino.
i am a pretty spontainous person and some also describe me as
eccentric. I can be a little shy around people i just meet but once
you get me talking there is no stopping me. :) I enjoy dancing, singing,
drawing and
traveling. i am
hoping that by the middle of next year i will travel to Japan for
my first out of country trip, out of California trip, and first
time flying. i am looking for friends and cool people who love to
talk and like to connect. :)
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently in community college studying to get my associates
in art. i hope to transfer to a good art school and get my degree
in animation. My dream is to work for Disney and Pixar or for
Ghibli studios in Japan. I am also working at a casino as a table
busser/ server. Its not what everyone would want to do but at least
it pays the bills. I currently live with my grandparents but will
be moving into an apartment within 4 months so i am very excited
about that.
I’m really good at
Singing from what i am told. I was a choir girl for 3 years in high
school and i have decided that if i retire from animation or if i
cant get my degree then i will become a choir instructor and teach
young voices how to sing. I am also an excellent artist mainly in
drawing though. i have been drawing since i was young and it has
become my lifes work. I am also good at figuring out things on
computers and lightening up situations my friends and i can get
into. i am usually the one to suggest the crazy ideas that can
either make or break the day
The first things people usually notice about me
Id have to say my outgoing attitude. i am usually that girl that is
overreacting about something my friend said playfully. also i think
people notice my deep brown eyes. i have been told that i have
those eyes that always me look like i am happy but that people can
still see traces of sadness locked away in them. I am usually
daydreaming and that is when my eyes start to reveal who i really
am, taking away my act of always being happy and carefree. dont get
me wrong i am a happy and carefree girl, just not 24/7.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
i love manga and the
harry potter books :P and stephen king is my hero. umm basically
anything that is interesting i will watch or read. for books its
mostly suspense and fantasy. for movies its usually action or
comedy with a few horror movies. i love all types of music my
current addiction in music is lady gagas poker face. i am crazy
about japanese food and asian food.
The six things I could never do without
my cell phone, my laptop, my friends, my family, money and jamba
juice
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life and my dreams. i often get caught daydreaming about random
things but mostly i am day dreaming about my life in the future. i
cant help but think of my future and wonder what i am going to do
next. i also think about the man who will one day steal my heart
and make me feel like i am the only one they need and makes me feel
special.
On a typical Friday night I am
It usually depends on if i have to work or not. If i have to work i
am usually chatting with my coworkers or customers, all while
working hard and earning money. if i have the night off i usually
go to the mall with my friends and sometimes catch a movie, whether
we go to the drive in or stay late till the last movie starts. Its
not surprising to find me in my hometown either. i go there
sometimes just to relax and visit my father and lil brother.
