My self-summary
Bad news first: I am not always open about my emotions. I have no musical ability and dance very much like a 30 odd year-old white lawyer. My ambitions are of a humble variety. I have no religious or spiritual beliefs. I do not make gobs of money. I can only cook like four dishes. I probably gamble a bit more than is necessary. Probably drink a bit more than is healthy. Default to sarcasm too easily.

On the flip side, I am funny, I am honest, I am smart, and I am loyal to the bone. I'm not needy or hateful or judgmental. I am good with kids and animals and a great friend to have. I am making efforts to address most of the stuff up top, and I always wash my hands after I go to the bathroom. Decent tipper. These are all good things.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm an attorney in Chicago, mostly real estate (that's right, the sexiest field of law). I write for a movie website from time to time. I paid my rent playing poker for a bit after law school, but retired when I found a steady job. Volunteer with Chicago Lights.
I’m really good at
Writing, poker, making my friends laugh, making my family frustrated

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Movies and TV, exercising (about 10 minutes for each minute of actually doing it), how much I would hate living in Los Angeles, what kind of dog I will get once I have a yard, why stupid things sound a little bit more true if they rhyme
On a typical Friday night I am
putting the "B" in suBtle
