I'm going to be 30 next year and plan on celebrating by having an ice cream party at Zwahlen's with my awesome friends.

I adopted a cat in September. He's named after Tama from Fushigi Yuugi (my all time favorite anime). I'm not actually sure I like this cat. He's not very cuddly.. except at night when he's half asleep or during the day when he wants more food.

I don't go to as many concerts as I'd like. The Pietasters were just in West Chester and I wasn't able to go. Morningwood was just in Philly and I totally missed them. The last concert I went to was Nightwish in 2007.

I just started going to the gym. It's quite fun being on the treadmill and using my iphone to chat with people. Makes the time pass by quickly!

I like to travel. I especially like going to the west coast, particularly Vegas. I'd like to go back to Cali and go to Universal so I can see the Psycho house. Recently went to Jamaica for the first time. After swimming in that water, I just can't do Jersey again :P

My friends call me Squishy because I am quite huggable. I'm a very affectionate person and will give a hug hello or goodbye or both.

I have two tattoos (one from an anime and one Oscar Wilde quote) and have plans for at least one more. I also have plans for a piercing and two microdermals.

Work takes up most of my week so I'll talk about that first. I work full time as a glorified file clerk. It's not the worst job in the world. I like my co-workers and enjoy seeing them every day. We're getting away from filing paper copies of things and it's neat to see how we're dealing with scanning and archiving our records and figuring out a new retention policy.

I'm going to school part time. I just started a new degree program. Switched from Web Development & Administration to Business Administration. I can't program to save my life and I'm finding out that accounting isn't really my thing either unfortunately.

My dream is to one day open my own bookstore. I'd like to model it after Black Books but I know I could never abuse my customers (or drink as much) as Bernard does. I think I'd like a mix of new and used books. I love buying used books and seeing people's names written in them. I wonder and theorize what kind of person they were.

Other than that, I'm trying to get to the gym a few times a week and seeing my friends on a regular basis.

I'm trying to get over some things like my fear of Philly. I'm starting by finally going to the Mutter Museum which I've been wanting to do for quite some time.

I'm good at listening and being sympathetic. I'm the go to person when my friends are done because I can usually cheer them up. I'm also good at finding horrible things on the internet. I am a big believer of rule 34 though I haven't tested it.

Could be the scar on my chest or my neat glasses or the fact I almost exclusively wear shirt.woot shirts outside of work.

I love any movie that Simon Pegg, Nick Frost or Edgar Wright is attached to. It's almost an instant orgasm for me to see all 3 of them together. Yes, I'm a little bit of a fangirl. They're my OT3.

- My car keys. I haven't quite mastered any telekinetic skills.
- My iphone. I like the feeling that I can connect to anyone I want to whenever I need to.
- My friends. They're just awesome.
- My books. My preciouses.
- My region free DVD player. I hate downloading movies and prefer to buy from another region.
- Physical connections. I'm a touchy feely kind of person. I love hugging people and being cuddled.

Where I am in life right now. I recently had to move back in with my parents and it's weird. I'm trying to work out a budget that gets my bills paid down sooner rather than later so I can move back out again. But then it'll be time to get a new car so should I put off moving out so I can get a newer car? What kind of car should I get? It'll be easy to answer that if my dad is working at a car dealership because then I'll be limited in choice to that make. (Family discounts are a wonderful thing.)

I tend to stay up way too late during the week and end up going to sleep early on Friday. Or I might be up until 3 or 4 talking to people online. If I don't hang out with a friend then I'm catching up on some TV I missed during the week.

I hate being in the dark and sleep with a night light.
