I care less about the type of package someone comes in and more about the qualities underneath that define a person. My friends come in all kinds of flavors; jocks, nerds, techies, artsy, laid back, over fueled... So it's fair to say that I enjoy dating people who like to mix up their crowds also. With my jocky suburban friends I'm the weird liberal artist in the room, with my city artist friends I'm the most corporate one in the room. This has always been both the bane and most rewarding part of my existence. I'm still searching for my mental doppelganger who has boobs and can crowd jump like this with me.
Some of my recent and past curiosities slash adventures...
last winter I visited South Korea.
The summer before that summer I took a 3 week working sabbatical to a little island in the East Sound, WA.
The summer before that I tried my hand at car racing.
The one before that I volunteered for the Red Cross.
A few years before that I had some scuba diving adventures.
This year I'm back to doing photography and loving it.
I'm a total film geek, I went to school for the arts, but now I build robots, go figure... I love it, but it is a roller coaster and I highly appreciate the partners that I share my life with who understand and support the ride I'm on.
