As an introvert, I'm generally pretty awkward upon first meeting someone, but after a bit I open up more. At that point, I love to laugh and make others laugh as well. I try hard, but more often than not, I am the only one that finds my jokes funny (points for trying, right?).

I'm a liberal person and I can be annoyingly feminist at times (I don't think it's annoying, just what I've been told). Really, though, if we can't agree on a handful of things (women are equal to men, gays should marry/adopt/live happy lives, etc) it will not work. Don't bother.
Though I'm not one to argue politics, I genuinely enjoy political conversation, it's when people get belligerent that I leave. Colbert Report and The Daily Show are favorites of mine. W

Traveling is a dream of mine. I love visiting new places. Seattle is my latest destination of choice.

I recently learned that I love to cook and try new recipes. I'll be honest, my experiments do not always turn out, but sometimes they pay off. I'm learning though, baby steps.

I'm working everyday to be a better person. (Cheesy, I know.) But there is always room for improvement.

Really, though. I'm in undergrad at UGA working towards two degrees: political science and sociology.

I tend to stay pretty busy, particularly when classes are in session. I have a part-time job that I absolutely love. Between work, classes, and my friends, time is pretty tight for me.

Books:
Currently working my way through A Song of Fire and Ice series. Harry Potter, Memoirs of a Geisha, Invisible Man, Fahrenheit 451, Lord of the Rings. I'll read anything, but those books that actually make me stop and think and consider the world tend to be my favorites.

Movies:
I'm terrible at keeping up with current movies. I enjoy watching them; I just never seem to find the time to go out and see them.

Shows:
How I Met Your Mother, The Office, Arrested Development, Big Bang Theory, Family Guy, Parks and Rec, American Horror Story, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who, Chopped, and a number of TLC programs that I'm embarrassed to admit that I watch(secretly a sucker for reality tv).

Watching bad television with my roommate or catching up on book. On a more active night, go out with some friends for dinner and a drink or two downtown.
