My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I could tell you anything here, however, I really prefer for you to get to know me yourself, as different people and different relationships bring out different parts of my personality. I am always open, honest and entirely transparent, most of the time to the point of testing the comfort zones for others. My significant other Ram refers to me as "the reality check that never bounces".

I am a native woodchuck. I like to bowl, play cribbage, scrabble, dominoes, mastermind, cards. I don't care for most board games, I won't play monopoly, risk, life or battleship and playing chess makes me cry, but I like chinese & regular checkers.

I am bi-relational/sexual, sapiosexual and polyamorous. For me this means that I am open to all kinds of friendships with all kinds of people, both male & female, and this includes transgendered individuals! However, I have a wonderfully satisfying relationship with an amazing man, he is a significant part of my every day existence and ultimately, at this time, I desire just one additional partner, an equally amazing single bi-poly female who is at the very least, comfortable and secure enough to handle my personal reality, including, but not limited to this existing relationship and at most, has a desire to become a full and equal partner in sharing all that both myself and my partner have to offer and the future we are trying to create for ourselves (see my journal for more insight and depth) If you desire more clarification on this, please just ask.

I am a wanna be astronaut/martian, pirate queen, misanthropic, and sovereign.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Update~>5*24*14<~I am a Mars One Candidate! Officially I am now one of 705 who have qualified for an interview with Mars One selection committee. A few changes in the info I updated last: If I am selected, training will begin next year (2015) and will be a full time position for 8 years, so my time off/time & energy I can reasonably invest in/on outside relationships will likely be minimal and at this point unpredictable. Current launch date is set for some time in late 2024. My goal is to be one of the members of this first crew so all relationships will become extremely "long-distance" at that point. lol I do not expect a lot of people to jump at the prospect of having a long distance relationship with a earthling/martian. However, if you are one of those rare exceptions/people who see such a reality as a challenge they want to experience please do not hesitate to contact me. I definitely want to know you! ;~)

Update~>9*17*13<~Out of This World!
I am officially a Mars One Mission Training Applicant :-D I have submitted my application for a one way trip to establish the first human colony on Mars. I await an email informing me that I have been selected to participate in the second selection round, which consists of a personal interview with a member of the Mars One selection team!
Soooo....what this means is that if I make it through all 4 selection rounds I will in fact be training for 7 yrs. full time and in 2022 if all goes as planned I will be on my way to Mars. So keep this in mind if you contact me.
If I do not make it through to the final selection then I have a few other prospects including dabbling in politics.
I am also taking classes at on a wide variety of topics.

I like quotes too:

“Selfishness is not living as one wishes to live, it is asking others to live as one wishes to live.”

I am a great admirer of George Carlin!
"I look at it this way... For centuries now, man has done everything he can to destroy, defile, and interfere with nature: clear-cutting forests, strip-mining mountains, poisoning the atmosphere, over-fishing the oceans, polluting the rivers and lakes, destroying wetlands and aquifers... so when nature strikes back, and smacks him on the head and kicks him in the nuts, I enjoy that. I have absolutely no sympathy for human beings whatsoever. None. And no matter what kind of problem humans are facing, whether it's natural or man-made, I always hope it gets worse." - George Carlin of the show Life Is Worth Losing

Some more of my favorite comedians are:

It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.
