FIRST:
OKC says that I reply VERY SELECTIVELY. Honestly, I reply to about half of the emails that come in. As long as someone writes something that isn't generic and isn't rude or crude... I normally reply.

Over the years, I have worked hard to turn myself from a pessimist to an optimist.

One of my most dear friends told me that my profile was 'me' but was somehow lacking. This was her description of me (thanks Leia!):

I have a must do before death list...
In the last few years I have achieved many things on it. Some of those things include: Move to Colorado, get a Bernese Mountain Dog, snow board, fly a hot air balloon, see a public proposal, and drive down a busy one way street the wrong direction. I also recently bought a nissan 350z and rode an elephant! Though there have also been things that were not on my list that should've been, that I was lucky enough to experience. Hiking in Moab, snow shoeing through miles of wilderness, kiting in the Great Sand Dune National Park, bouldering and rock climbing, and having a white Christmas being a few.

Things still left to do-
I want to white water raft, travel out of country, see the 'damn' gulf of mexico, horseback ride by moonlight in the snow, float the guadalupe, see the aurora borealis, own a house in the mountains, kayak, and find my 'one'.

Also- Mac/iPhone lover

This and that...
Really though, photography and helping others understand themselves better are the top two that come to mind.

Eyes, smile, posture (as strange as that may seem)...

They also notice that I am well spoken, smile a lot, and am rather pleasant. Fair warning, I can be a dork sometimes. I choose to see that as a positive thing though.

Books- fiction, anything in the classical realm, as well as a few series such as the True Blood books.

Movies- Boondock Saints, Vanilla Sky, Blow, Fight Club, The Island, etc

T.V.- House, Grey's, Futurama, Conan, Lie to Me, True Blood, Longmire, Deadwood, Walker Texas Ranger, Boardwalk Empire, Game of Thrones, etc.

Music- Almost everything.
Here... I'll put my itunes on shuffle and give you the first ten.
Dave Mathews, Counting Crows, Kings of Leon, Chevelle, The Script, Santana, Eagles, Matchbox 20, Collective Soul, The National, and Fleetwood Mac.

Food- Again, most everything. Though I am allergic to peppers.

Water- in it, on it, drinking it. My favorite thing is to sit by a mountain river and relax.

Depends. Most nights, I am at home or with close friends. Nothing too exciting but I'm always up for new things and good people.

When I can, I go out downtown and see live music. I love to relax to something new and support local bands while doing it.

I am looking for a gentleman that will not only love me for who I am but who will want to do the little things that are viewed as gallant in todays society. For example: open doors for me, pick a wild flower, or simply stand up for my honor. ;)
This doesn't mean I'm looking for the 'overly sensitive' though. I like men to be men. Lets watch some football or better yet hockey and have a beer.

Oh... I'm scared of monkeys.
(No real reason besides their general evilness.)

I'm also such a dork, that I won't go see horror movies and I get scared while watching ghost hunters!
