I'm a bit auto-didactic lately so mostly I've been reading, writing, and working with creative suite. I'm involved with some web and film projects in Portland, where I've been living the last few years, and I plan on getting together my own production crew in the bay area.

When it comes to creating comprehensive lists I tend to feel like I'm excluding more than I'm including but what the hell (these lists are in no particular order)

I really, really love movies. I came up with a list of *only* the special ones and it was well over 200 titles. I'll try and rattle off a few.. Blue Velvet, Pulp Fiction, There Will be Blood, Boogie Nights, Chinatown, Network, Taxi Driver, Empire Strikes Back, Magnolia, Amores Perros, Queen Margot, Annie Hall, Apocalypto, Best Boy, The Big Lebowski, No country for Old Men, American Pimp, Apocalypse Now!, The Conversation, Godather I+II, Blood Simple, 12 angry men, doubt, Children of Men Casablanca, Dazed and confused, Dead Alive, The Departed, Fresh, The Game, Good Will Hunting, The hudsucker Proxy, Monster, Robocop, Oldboy, Rocky, the shining, Talented mr riplet etc etc etc.....

Also HBO dramas and some tv comedies.

Its cliche to say but who cares, I pretty much like all types of music but deep down im a rock n roll kinda dude. Lately its been a lot of Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, The Band, and Queen.

As far as food goes, everything. Italian, Mexican, Spanish, French, Indian, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Regional American, you name it.

Coffee, a DVD player, my glasses, laughter, an internet connection, oxygen

Film, Composition, Stories, Language, Art, Food, my friends, family , the state of the world, football, whatever I'm finding funny lately, memories, theoretical flash games, the future, sex.

I'm just as likely to want to go out and do something as stay home and draw or watch a movie.
