After looking over my profile, I wonder just how I come across. I'm really just a normal guy who's tired of going to dinner alone, of coming home to an empty house. I know I was meant for
so much more than that. I'm not a social creature by nature, more of an introvert than anything. The friends I have are friends for life, and around them I feel like I can open up and be me. But those friends cannot fill the empty place in my heart. Yeah, I told you I was a sappy romantic! I don't just believe in chivalry, I try to live it every day. I'm not going to rush into a relationship. Like everyone says, friends first and we'll see what happens from there. ;) I'm a jeans wearin' type of guy. I like an occasional beer, especially at dinner. I'm comfortable in a suit but prefer not to wear one. Of course, if you'd like to go someplace nice I'll drag it out of the closet. ;) Communication is very important with me. If you are the type to bottle up emotions or problems (for whatever reason) we probably won't get along very well. Let's deal with our problems head-on, together. I could go on and on here but how about we get together for coffee or lunch and talk for a bit. I think that regardless of the image you have of me right at this moment, you'll still be pleasantly surprised.
You enjoy the simple things in life, from sunsets in the mountains to late afternoons when the honeysuckles are in bloom. You’ll plan a special day for us – and I know it’ll be wonderful just because you made it happen. Maybe you’re an accomplished artist, a music lover, or a crafter, but you have an appreciation for creativity. Plus, you can hold your own in a lively debate, and offer me plenty of opportunities to learn from you. And you show passion in your beliefs through charity work, a positive outlook, and the compassionate way you treat everyone around you. You’d attend church with me – or bring me along to yours. But religion doesn’t prohibit you from having fun – whether it’s skydiving with me, or just embracing a moment of spontaneity and holding hands on the beach. On a quiet day, I might find you snuggled up with the newspaper. On a lazy afternoon, you’d enjoy playing in the yard with my dogs. You see romance in the little things – a tender note or a warm glance. And my heart flutters at just a smile from you.
