I am serious and passionate about life and the people/ stuff that I care about, however, I approach it all with loads of humor, child-like curiosity, self-deprecation, and a laissez-faire attitude.

I mostly deal with micro and macro problems in a logical, objective way, however, I am also capable of succumbing to a wellspring of emotions and impulses. I am an atheist but am highly attracted to paganism, satanism and rituals of a spiritual source. More than anything, I am a Beast! I have a fundamental hunger.

Just moved to Chicago. What's up with TIF funds? I mean, does Rahm Emanuel have anything new whatsoever to offer besides his bogus, union-busting "extended" school day? Not to mention that God-awful Marilyn Monroe statue outside the Tribune Building? And is Derrick Rose really playing to the fullest of his abilities?

I am excited to confront the unknown after a comfortable and friend filled stint in the Twin Cities, but also a little scared. Honestly my most intense and immediate fear is slipping on a patch of ice.

I am always reading, but my tastes vary depending on my mood or new interests. Recently read a book written by some hokey psychologist from the seventies about narcissism, quite enjoyable. Love case studies on perverts, and various forms of fetishism. Some enjoyed authors include: Julio Cortazar, Jean Rhys, Oliver Sacks, J.G Ballard, David Foster Wallace, Djuna Barnes, Georges Bataille, Kafka, Alan Moore (especially Swamp Thing), Colette, Anais Nin......

I love sushi, I make a mean tuna casserole and a decent spaghetti sauce. My favorite food is fancy stinky cheese and stinky, smoked/canned fish.
