I'm a recently graduated RTF major from UT Austin. I've just moved to Burbank and I've got an assistant job at a small trailer house.

I'm a pretty big movie nerd. Back in Austin if I told someone that I was a film student, people would respond with something like "Oh, cool, how interesting." But now I'm in LA. In LA, such a comment warrants little more than rolling of the eyes and a "Oh sure, another one who thinks he'll make it." But I want to be an editor, so it should be alright. I think. Editing is something I'm very passionate about.

I'm a very easy going, low stress guy. I highly value creativity and I can't stand pretention. I'm also totally apathetic when it comes to watching sports. Robot Wars and Ninja Warrior are about as close as I get.

I'm looking for work as an assistant editor in the world of movie trailers.

I'm getting better at blues harmonica. I'm still working on it, but I'm currently good enough for a campfire.

Also I have a useless superpower. Give me any movie and I can probably guess it's imdb user rating within 0.3.

Who knows. They don't tell me. But why would they? They just met me.

When it comes to movies, I'm an omnivore who can enjoy any genre, but recently I've been really into 70s/80s horror and camp. Movies like Chopping Mall and Samurai Cop. I go in and out of movie watching trends.

At a laid back, cheap, social bar with friends. I'm finding these are much harder to find in LA than in Austin, but I'm not the loud pumping club type at all.

And of course, catching a movie always makes for a good night any ol' day of the week.

I think The Powerpuff Girls was a pretty great show. Severely underrated.
