I am Southern California native with deep ties to my Mexican heritage. I love Mexican food, nothing like my mom's home cooked meals. I know I look very fair skinned and white, but believe me I am just as hispanic or more so than most So Cal natives here.

I grew up in San Diego and I spent a lot of my summers in Baja California, Mexico. I used to be in a swim team when I was younger and I would often compete in special events like the "Gatorman" in La Jolla (San Diego) where we swim out into the ocean and back at 6am in ridiculously cold water.

I like to consider myself a "Foodie"; I know about alot of great places to go grab a bite to eat. Don't get me wrong, I love great food at cheap prices but sometimes you have to really splurge to get the good stuff.

I am a passionate person who loves to laugh, work hard, and have fun.

I'm done with school and currently working as a Floor Manager at two restaurants in Disneyland.

My goal right now is to expand my resume and venture out into a more professional field of Food & Beverage/Hospitality. Ideally I would be searching for careers in Southern California but I am not opposed to traveling or moving for the right opportunity.

I am not a Chef, but I can cook fairly well. I do have a very educated opinion when it comes to food and ingredients. The secret ingredient in almost every recipe is salt and pepper... Not some magic Kentucky blend of 11 herbs and spices.

I also consider myself a very avid driver. Could I do it at the professional level? I'd like to think so, its not about the car its always about what the driver can do.

When i take the time to make myself look good... My hair.

I often say how jealous I am of my father's hair and I consider him to be the only person I know who has a better set of hair then I do.

I am the type of guy who likes having a natural look to him... The kind of look where you stop and ask yourself "Does his hair just naturally come out that way?"

And if you really got to know me, you would be impressed as to how fluent I am when I speak spanish! I look very white so it always surprises people.

As of lately I do not read any books, however that does not mean I am not well read.

I am very familiar with classic books and tales such as the Odyssey by Homer, Three Musketeers by Alexander Dumas, and several mythical stories like Camelot, stories of Greek/Egyptian/Babylonian/Aztec/Mayan Gods and Goddesses.

How I can improve myself, someone else, or something else... There always has to be a better way.

I often daydream or go over scenarios in my mind to mentally prepare myself for anything; whether its for an interview, a date, or a fight. I believe in always being prepared, if you have a set plan of action you will always have an advantage.

I am most often working, but if I am out early enough I tend to go hang out with friends grabbing a late night bite or having a few well deserved drinks.

I have always imagine being a SPY...

I wish I could live my life like James Bond (007), Jason Bourne (Bourne Identity), or Michael Westin (Burn Notice).

I do tend to think and carry myself alot like them...
