Clearing my mind and doing something purely physical are huge parts of my day, and I can be reliably found in the gym 4-6 days a week depending on the season. I am by no means a food nazi, but do generally eat healthy and drink in moderation. I'm also a lock for a local mens rugby team, and have been playing competitive rugby in some form since high school. I consider myself physically fit.
