So I've been watching this controversy about the Freemarket Warrior kiosk in Concord Mills Mall, and it occurs to me that  if he were so devoted to true free markets there wouldn't be such a ruckus over this. Why?, you ask.

Because,in a true free market,unless someone's civil rights are being abrogated or frustrated,the The Simon group has all the legal right to choose not to re-rented to  him,and all this kerfluffle about free speech is trumped by The Simon Group's right not to have their customers driven away by some ostensibly conservative jack@$$,spouting off,and hawking uninformed and borderline racist bull****.

For some reason today

I can't get Marianne Faithful's,chorus from Metallica's "The Memory Remains" out of  my head. I do that sometimes, just play a little bit bit of a song in a my head. It's usually a chorus of some sort,like that "whoah-oh" chorus from Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody".

I have found that it is helpful in remembering where I've heard a tune before. For instance,only recently did I realize one of the guitar refrains from "Cowboy Dan" by Modest Mouse is lifted completely from Cheyenne's Theme from Sergio Leone's Once Upon a Time in the West.
