Romance, laughter and loyalty for a lifetime - what more could you ask?

Why am I here? Look at it this way; Everything has a start. If we never met each other then we wouldn't have an opportunity to become close friends. If we weren’t friends then we wouldn't have an opportunity to love each other. If we never loved each other then we wouldn't have an opportunity to invest our time into developing an incredible relationship together. I'm hopeful that being each others best friend will be our cornerstone. I don't wish to be everything to everyone, but I would like to be something special to someone special.

I actually enjoy working and developing a relationship when I know my partner is also focused on having a good relationship. I want our relationship to grow each and every day in some positive manner. Maybe it’s because we understand each other a little bit better than yesterday. Maybe it’s because we realize how fortunate we are to have found each other, and so our commitment to our special relationship deepens, or maybe we just discovered something entirely new that we both enjoy doing together, but in some way as a couple we’ve grown in a positive way and enhanced our relationship together. There's nothing better than that.

I am spontaneous and I like to make the people around me smile and laugh. I enjoy things that are universal in nature, like smiling, music, and good food. I also enjoy fresh air and the outdoors. I have always felt that life is a journey and not a destination. That journey is rich and fulfilling when shared with someone special. I feel that you can find joy and happiness in most anything, as long as you have that one special person beside you to share it all with. I love animals and support PetRescue and PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). I am a member of the Founder's Society for the ASPCA, and I believe that we as people could learn a thing or two from a pets example of unconditional love and devotion. I understand the importance of having compassion for my fellow man, and my next big project will be the creation of The AngelArs Foundation, which will be a humanitarian organization that helps, and inspires underprivileged people in their lives. I am passionate about everything in life, and I believe very strongly in having integrity. In my career, and with my future partner, I want to live a life that makes a difference. I so want to be a positive factor while on this earth, and I am also passionate about making others feel valued, important and loved.

Music is very much a part of my life. I love to write music, and have written many songs, some of which the lyrics are displayed in the Library of Congress. I also like studying anything that has to do with good health, including naturopathic medicine, exercise and nutrition. I believe that being honest with each other is one of the most important gifts that you can give that special person in your life. To me, always telling your mate the truth is a loving act. Trust is the very foundation on which a relationship is built, and I plan for my relationship to have a foundation that is rock steady.

I feel that a healthy relationship can resemble a pair of scissors, so joined that they cannot be separated: sometimes moving together in the same direction, sometimes in opposite directions, yet always slicing through whatever tries to come between them. Communication is key, and it's very important to me that the woman in my life knows in her heart that she can talk to me about anything. Your feelings will always be respected and important to me and I hope to become your most trusted confidante. No matter what life may throw at us I understand that good communication and spending quality time together will always get us through it.

My next big project will be my AngelArs Foundation, which will be a humanitarian organization, that helps, and inspires underprivileged people in their lives. I am also a budding author, currently writing several books and I’m starting on a movie script. However my main focus here is to find someone special to share life with. I am confident that our relationship will be synergistic. The right woman for me would be someone who doesn’t want to make a career out of dating online and can appreciate having fun, someone who is faithful, and enjoys sharing a bit of romance together in a very fulfilling relationship.

Having studied therapeutic massage and reflexology I give good massages and love being romantic. I appreciate the culinary arts and learning how to cook different kinds of cuisines. Being Italian I have lots of passion, and I enjoy using it when I cook incredible meals for those that I care about. For me cooking is like love, it should be entered into 110% or not at all.

Love classic comedies by Monty Python and Mel Brooks but also other movies like It's a Wonderful Life, The Green Mile and The Shawshank Redemption. One of my favorite books was Tuesdays With Morrie. I also understand that as a human being that I don't have all the answers, so I am always willing to grow and I enjoy reading self help books, and books about having better relationships.

I love most music (I have a very extensive iTunes collection) and I appreciate anything that’s well written, from the older MoTown songs and The Beatles to the Dave Matthews Band and everything in between. From rock groups like Linkin Park, Nickelback, Coldplay, Alan Parsons, Kings Of Leon and OneRepublic, to artists like Santana, Seal, Katy Perry, Adele, Alanis Morissette, Annie Lennox, Jennifer Lopez, and Helen Folasade Adu (better known as Sade).

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer once said that you “shouldn’t die with your music still in you” and I take that to heart and hope to begin working on my own album sometime within the next year. Would love to be in a relationship by then and write songs inspired by our love together.

I've always wanted to rent a hot air balloon for a first date. I figure that way they can't run too far... but seriously, I think it would be really cool to go up in a hot air balloon and share some good conversation and some champaign on a first date.

I'd love to have a relationship where respect is a cornerstone, and our faith in each other is unshakable. I feel that if you have love in your life, that it can make up for a great many things that are missing, but if you don't have love in your life, no matter what else there might be, it's not enough. Everyday that we’re on this planet is one less day that we have to be together, so I want to find you soon and start sharing anniversaries. Amore means love in Italian. I understand that when you are in a serious relationship with another, they entrust their heart to you. I take this trust that they give me very seriously, and I would never be unfaithful to anyone that I was in a loving relationship with. To hold the heart of another, and to know that they trust you with it, is what real 'amore' is all about.

Since I value and place such high importance on being each others best friend, I feel it’s appropriate to outline ahead of time what my definition of being a best friend is. If these things don’t resonate with you in some way then we probably wouldn't be compatible. Ultimately I feel that there is a direct correlation between each one of these qualities, and being romantic with your futher life long partner.

Sharing is fundamental when being best friends.

Best Friends are very special people in your life. They are the first people you go to when you need someone to talk to. You can phone them up just to talk about nothing, or you can call them and talk about the most important things in your life.

When you’re feeling down they will try their best to cheer you up.

There is a trusting bond between you and your best friend because you know that they truly care about you, the person who you are on the inside.

For the most part they would take a bullet for you, because for them it would be too painful to ever watch you get hurt in any way.

A best friend is someone whom you can just look at ‘a certain way’ from across the room - and they will smile to let you know that they know exactly what you are thinking.

A best friend is someone who tells you the things you absolutely NEED to hear, regardless of whether you want to hear it or not. They do this because they genuinely care about you.

They are the number one person you want to see and be around, because they are the person you trust and confided the most in, and they are the person whom you allow to know your heart the best.

Best friends are always patient, thoughtful and honest with each other. Even when you might disagree on something you still are respectful with each other.

A best friend is someone that you can share time with and no matter where you both are, or what you are doing, you are still having fun together.

A best friend is someone you can totally be yourself around, someone you can relax around, because you know they will never judge you.

A best friend is someone who will always forgive you, even when you've screwed up really bad. They do this because a best friend is also always understanding and open to your feelings.

A best friend is someone who walks in and stands up for you, when the rest of the world walks out.

When it hurts to look back, and you're worried about looking ahead, you can always look beside you and your best friend will be there.

Best friends are dependable, and if you were to jump off a bridge, they would be at the bottom to catch you.

Everyone hears what you say, but best friends actually ‘listen’ to what you say. Best friends also listen to what you don't say.

A best friend is someone who knows there's something wrong, even when you have the biggest smile on your face.

A best friend will always give you the benefit of the doubt.

A best friend will celebrate the best in you, and help to hold you accountable to be the best version of yourself.

A best friend is someone you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.

I feel that the qualities outlined above, together with good communication and trust are key to having a successful and happy relationship. I like to think of it as being “passionate best friends” for life, after all, isn’t love simply friendship that has caught fire… Hopefully you feel the same way about these qualities and you also want your future life long partner to be your best friend.
