i love my iPod - - even when i destroy it and replace it over and over again. On it recent finds: Missy Higgins, Justin Nozuka, Thandiswa Mazwai, Thom Yorke, Esbjörn Svensson Trio, Antoine Dufour. Favorites from way back: Jeff Buckley (of course), Antony and the Johnsons, Coldplay,Radiohead, Joseph Arthur, Yes (Roundabout, And You and I) - for rap it is K'naan, Jay-Z, Ludacris, Tupac Shakur.

favorite DJ: Tiesto

movies - - The Departed still the all-time favorite - others i love - High Fidelity, Amélie, Layer Cake anything with Denzel Washington... and ohgod Slumdog Millionaire!

books - i like to read - favorites to re-read are Atlas Shrugged, the Dune series (Frank Herbert only).
