I'm Danny. First and foremost, I'm a nerd. I like spending my time gaming, whether it be video games, board games, card games, or tabletop games. If you'd prefer a night of watching sports or going out drinking, I'm probably not the guy for you. If you enjoy nights spent gaming, watching movies/old cartoons/anime, stargazing, or something else fun or romantic, read on.

I think of myself as a very outgoing introvert. I used to be really introverted when I was younger, but then I spent enough time around really outgoing people that I can pretend I'm an extrovert. (Just found this quote: "Confidence is a habit that can be developed by acting as if you already had the confidence you desire to have." - Brian Tracy... yeah, that pretty much describes me)

I'm a very sarcastic person, but it's mostly in jest. If you're talking to me and not laughing, or at least smiling, I'm not trying hard enough.

I have a tendency to be honest to a fault, but I also try to be nice to people. This makes for some rather awkward situations when people try to fish for compliments from me.

I like volleyball, tennis, badminton, and bowling. I don't do any of them that often, as my circle of friends is generally content with games and movies, but if I'm around people who enjoy any of them, I'm usually up for playing. Just going out and walking is fine too, if I have someone to talk with.

I'm fresh out of college, with a Bachelor's in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering.

Currently back home with my parents, working at PFS. I'll probably be getting an apartment in a couple months.

I'm pretty good at making people laugh. I've also been told I'm good at giving massages.

I honestly have no idea. I've never thought to ask anybody. I've been told I look really good in a suit, but very few people first meet me while I'm dressed up.

I've also gotten a few comments on my ponytail, just because very few guys around here have them.

Books: Used to be an avid reader, up until we got into having to read "great American novels" in high school. That just managed to kill my passion for reading. I've read a bit here and there since, but not nearly as much as I used to. Decent novels I've read recently have been A Song of Ice and Fire and the Vlad Taltos series. Favorites of all time are His Dark Materials and John Dies at the End.

Movies: Pretty much any comedy, most Disney and Pixar movies, most of the recent superhero/comic/etc movies (despite the fact that I've never read any of the original comics), and a few other random movies here and there.

Music: I'm really picky about what I listen to. If other people want music on, I usually don't have a problem with it, but left to my own devices, I don't have music playing.

Food: I dislike excessively spicy foods, and I'm allergic to eggs. Aside from that, I don't really have any strong preferences. Burritos from Chipotle are pretty amazing.

TV Shows (why was this not included in the header?): American Dad, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama, Scrubs, a fair variety of anime... pretty much anything amusing. Can't stand watching sports.

Video Games: Just about anything that's not sports. Action, RPG, FPS, Puzzle, I love pretty much all kinds of games. If I included a full list, it would probably take up half my profile.

1. The internet (and my computer, which provides me with internet)
2. Electricity... for providing me with computer and internet. Or for providing me with video games.
3. Video games
4. Webcomics. Without these, what would I waste the first 15 minutes of my day on?
5. Playing cards, as they tend to be my favorite form of non-electrical entertainment.
6. All the rest of the things that one could not live without. Of these I particularly enjoy the breathing and the sleeping parts. Eating and drinking rate pretty high up there too. Shelter or clothing could be optional... not both though, because then I'd get arrested for public nudity.

My future. Where do I want to live? Who do I want to be with? What kind of career do I want? Do I really want a welsh corgi, or do I just think they're cute because they look silly? You know, all the normal things that a person worries about.

I've recently started thinking about why most of the girls on here have "chapstick" on the six things they can't live without. Like, I can see people loving their cars or cell phones or music, but chapstick? Really?

I'm not really sure if this would be more appropriate here or in the self-summary, but here's what I'm looking for in a significant other (note: if you're just looking for friends, you can get away with not fitting most of these):

Requirements:
-Don't smoke
-Don't do drugs
-Don't drink excessively
-Don't have kids (for some reason everyone in my quiver lately has kids...)
-Not a vegetarian/vegan.
-Interested in video games and anime.
-Not extremely overweight/underweight. Ask yourself: "Is there a chance one of us would die depending on who's on top?" If the answer is yes, you should look elsewhere.
-Capable of spelling. A typo here and there is fine. nt tryng 2 spel atall nd usng txtspk is nt ok. If trying to read your profile gives me a headache, I probably won't talk to you. :D
-Don't care that I've never heard of your favorite band/song/actor/author/novel/TV show/etc.
-Not in love with a fictional vampire. >.<

Preferred:
-About my height or shorter.
-Don't rely on makeup to look good (lots of girls look fine without it, but very few THINK they do)
-Don't have (or want) tons of piercings/tattoos.
-Night person
