I'm originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, but I went to school in Boston and moved to New York 3 years ago. I love it here, but I also love being from Wisconsin- mostly because I LOVE the Packers.

I like to go on adventures, explore and try new things. If I had all the money in the world, I'd travel anywhere. I don't, so luckily I live in a city where there are lots of things to discover.

Working, and trying to find time to write, dance, and play.

Staying positive about nearly anything, making grilled cheese sandwiches, suggesting books, packing suitcases without wasting space, forgetting an umbrella, sending thank you cards

Well, I tend to be the "tall girl with red curly hair."

I love books, and I could probably go on about them all day. But for now, I'll list some recent favorites and all-time favorites: Shantaram, IQ84, Winter's Tale, Soldier of a Great War, House of the Spirits, In Our Time, Perdido Street Station, Good Omens, American Gods, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, Jitterbug Perfume

As for Music, I like a lot of things, but I probably listen to classic rock more than anything. I listened to Steely Dan all day today. Also (in no particular order): the Black Keys, Bon Iver, the New Pornographers, A Tribe Called Quest, Miles Davis, Oscar Peterson, Wilco, Ben Kweller, Bob Dylan, Scissor Sisters, Beyonce, Fleetwood Mac

Shows: I love Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire, but my favorite, favorite, favorite is Doctor Who. And Firefly.

And in the realm of food, if its not broccoli, I will try anything, and probably love it.
