My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
'ello!

It's been a while since I've been on this site, so here's an update! I'm a (supposedly) flourishing journalist and wayward traveller. As of this writing I'm going into my final semester of college, pursuing a Major in Asian Studies (emphasis on Japan) with a Minor in Political Science (bias towards international relations). I love to explore new places (especially around LA), go on long drives, binge through stuff on Netflix, sit down with a book or enjoy the occasional game. As for future goals, I hope to travel back to Japan eventually to teach English. At some point I'd love to go to graduate school for international policy.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Like I said, I'm currently starting my final semester of college, which has me busy. Aside from that I work as an editor and writer for an online magazine that's managed by a former professor. I'm also technically an intern for a local non-profit, but we're undergoing some restructuring at the moment! In the not so distant future I see myself continuing to write for some time. My 'dream' though is to travel the world for a while before settling down. Life's a crazy thing though; you never know where you may actually end up!

Aside from that I'm always looking for interesting things to do! If you're up for some adventures in L.A. let me know!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm really good at getting lost! Which is not that much a curse... You find the most interesting places sometimes when you have no idea where you're going :) My friends and coworkers like to say I'm a good writer, but I think I have a lot to learn.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The most common answers are typically my smile or eyes, which I find hard to believe. Cliche OKC answer: Why don't you tell me?!

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future mostly. And what the internet would be like without cats and memes... But mostly the first one. It's fun to think about how things will play through differently depending on certain decisions.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I'm either at home relaxing or with friends doing something. If it's the latter we're usually catching a movie, having dinner or just wandering around aimlessly. So long as there's a good book or adventure involved it's a good Friday night! I'm not much of a club person, but I'm down for anything else. Know a good piano bar? Coffee shop? Dive bar? Let me know!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The password for my iPhone is 2-4-7-3 haha No, but really, if there's anything you want to know just ask. I'm a pretty open person.
