I'm passionate about animals. I'm no animal rights nutter, but I
like them and believe they should be taken care of properly. I help
with educational reptile events in the summer, and I have 4
snakes. Never liked
cat's much.
I read
comic
books, western mostly. I get so fed up with the mainstream
titles, and endless cross overs. If you ask me who my favorite
character is, I'll look at you funny and tell you who my favorite
writer is.
I can't spend a whole day indoors, and I'll go for an hour long
walk at least if I have nothing to do. I also like cross stitching,
and learning embroidery stuff. I
draw for fun as well, doodles, short
comics. I spend a lot of time with my friends too, there is always
something interesting to do in this city.
I do like beer. Once or twice a week, something nice and bitter.
Not into getting drunk though.
I work in a print shop, and make sure I go somewhere interesting
for Vacation every year. California never gets old, and Thailand
has been my most adventurous so far. Every few years I have to go
back to N.B. though, to visit my family.

My favorite book is Blood: an epic history of medicine and
commerce. Non-fiction is just as interesting as any of my comic
books, it's good to have balance. My favorite comic book...well, I
have a lot but my newest is Transformers. Dinobots ftw.
Movies, not so much. I like bad ones I can make fun of with
friends, we play MS3TK.
I'm pretty music dumb too. The same old thing never gets boring
(I've been listening to Queen's "the game" since...I was a little
kid). I depend on my friends to fill up my music player.
Food, again, not picky. Eating is just a function, I like
uncomplicated dishes that don't make a lot of kitchen mess. If I
can cook everything in one pot, that's perfect. If something tastes
bad, just add curry until it doesn't matter. Basically, I'm not one
of those picky eaters but I really suck at cooking stuff, it's a
trade off.
My snakes, of course. When I first moved to Vancouver, I had
nothing but student debt and a suit case full of clothes. I managed
just fine. Funny how you think you need things, but once they're
gone you hardly miss them, or just deal without them.
Out with friends. There is an endless supply of awesome restaurants
in Vancouver.
You aren't clingy. I like being free to do my own thing once in a
while. If you're a bit nerdy, all the better; but please, I need
someone who isn't attached to the TV or computer.
