I moved from the SF bay area to Los Angeles to start a new life and pursue a career in film audio post production.

Playing and writing music. Piano, drums, guitar, bass. I have a solo grindcore project on hiatus called Laser Eye Removal.

Something about me compels people to talk about things they've never told anyone before. I would know everyone's darkest secrets if I paid attention.

Really though, it's my long, burgundy hair.

Music: My aesthetic taste is all over the map... death metal, black metal, grindcore, assorted electronic music, technical (NOT smooth) jazz, classical, 60s-70s glam rock, and most anything that is original and/or beautiful. I don't like music just because it falls into a genre, I like specific songs/artists because they move me or accomplish something artistically novel. I am open-minded to any music that is not derivative/soulless.

Books/movies: I like many of the same books and movies that all the 'unique' people like, which I feel are so cliche that to list them would detract from the impact of my profile. I'm not enough of a connoisseur of fiction (written or film) to have an interesting list of titles on the tip of my tongue. I tend to read a lot online, just randomly researching things and reading articles that interest me moreso than I read books. I like cheesy horror and zombie flicks, comedies, thought provoking films and depressing documentaries. I feel that most movies are too long, unless they are exceptionally good.

Stand-up Comedy: I am adding this category because I love stand-up. Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Joe Rogan, Duncan Trussell, Doug Stanhope, and Louis C.K. to name a few favorites.

Food: Thai food is my absolute favorite. I love Indian food, Mexican, sushi, 'American' food (pizza and burgers?), and lots of stuff.

Shows: I love adult cartoons. South Park, The Simpsons, Futurama, Archer, Sealab 2021, Frisky Dingo, American Dad, etc. etc. I feel blessed to be living in this golden age of comedic observations of unsurpassed cultural absurdity supplemented by cheap Korean animation.

Everything. Grandiose psychedelic ideas transcending time and space. The reasons people do the things they do and think the things they think. The meaning of life, and why people don't listen when I tell them what it is. Entropy, dreaming, astral projection, consciousness, hyperspatial entities, synchronicity, insect genitalia, manifestation, etc.

With regards to people and relationships, I think about the sort of things which most people only think about when someone close to them dies. You know, the shit that consistently matters and is not subject to superficial conditions, like your past and future, dreams, people you love, the recurring themes of your life and how they tie into your spiritual development. Talk to me about that stuff and you will have my undying attention.

Clubbing/bar hopping. Just kidding. Why do people who love clubs and bars look on OKC for other people who like clubs and bars? You know where you can meet people who like clubs and bars? Clubs and bars.

Not that I never do those things, but when I do I end up feeling like a complete tool for paying a 1000% mark-up on drinks and shouting at the top of my lungs over loud music and other shouting drunk people until I lose my voice and my throat hurts the next day.

On a typical Friday night I might go to a comedy show, or just walk down the street to the liquor store and take some reasonably priced booze back to my house, where it's nice and quiet.
