My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi, I'm Ryan. I just moved to Raleigh and I don't know my way around yet, so try to keep that in mind. I know lists can be annoying, but if you push through this first part I think you'll be glad you did.

I am:
honest, trustworthy, quirky, a little bit of a night owl, dependable, caring, very neat and organized, social, passionate, smart, hardworking, sarcastic, funny, talented, loyal to no end, and a genuinely good person through and through.

I enjoy:
TV, movies, video games, running (besides sex it's the best form of stress relief), sports (playing them, not so much watching them, although I do like actually going to games), home improvement projects (I'm something of a craftsman), bouldering (climbing but without the ropes, much more badass), and going out to clubs/bars with my friends. All in all, if I've got the right person with me anything can be fun.

I'm looking for somebody who is:
smart, has a sense of humor, trustworthy (that's a big one), considerate, honest, can keep a conversation going, wants a real relationship (sorry, no one-night stands), supportive, loyal, perverted at times (dirty jokes are funny), loving, and has a good moral compass.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I graduated from App State with a bachelor's in advertising and a minor in psychology. Right now I'm doing some freelance graphic design work and serving at a restaurant to pay the bills while I do the whole job hunt thing. Years from now commercials that I wrote will be broadcast during the Superbowl, but for the moment you can find me serving food to a mob of hungry people. Cheers.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
- being a great boyfriend (I've got the old love letters to prove it), provided I'm with a girl who will actually appreciate me, and you'll never find someone more loyal or dedicated than I am.
- Call of Duty (big turn on, I know)
- cooking
- giving massages
- billiards
- hurdling (I broke a couple of school records in high school)
- I've been told I'm a pretty good decorator
- anything involving power tools (recently I built my own shelves and brackets for my room).
- being modest (usually), but then again how can you answer this section without boasting?
The first things people usually notice about me

I don't know how to answer this section, I'm not a mind reader. If you're curious then maybe we should meet and we can figure it out together ;)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I don't read very often but I loved The Hunger Games series, the Harry Potter series (but then again, so did everyone else), and the Artemis Fowl series.

Movies: I LOVE movies. My favorites are comedies or action/adventure, but I enjoy a little of everything. My favorite movie is probably Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (Robert Downey Jr. at his best), but I also love James Bond movies, the Die Hard series, Zombieland, Dogma (or any other movie by Kevin Smith), and any Will Smith movies. Oh, and the Avengers was awesome.

Shows: There are so many great shows, but my favorites are Dexter, The Walking Dead, Archer, The Newsroom, Castle, Game of Thrones, and Futurama.

Music: I'm gonna give that generic answer that everybody gives - almost anything. I know it's cliche, but it's true.

Food: Steak is probably my favorite food (and I make a mean steak). I also have a passion for sandwiches, I feel that bacon makes literally any food better (if you haven't tried Burger King's new bacon sundae you definitely should), I love a good salad (as long as there's steak or chicken on it), and oatmeal raisin cookies are the shit. Oh, and mint chocolate chip ice cream is the food of the gods.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In no particular order:
1. My Cell Phone - you know that feeling when you leave the house and forget your cell phone and you feel sorta naked the whole time you're out? I don't like that.
2. My Car - a vehicle is more than just a set of wheels to get you from A to B, it's freedom, and I like my freedom.
3. The Internet - I like staying connected to the outside world, and you can literally look up anything you need on the web.
4. Cable - I like TV, it's entertaining and it can be on in the background while you get stuff done.
5. My Friends - enough said.
6. My Family - same.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
the man I wanna be and the woman I wanna be with. The latter changes every now and then, but the qualities I'm looking for remain the same.

Oh, and what I would do if I had a superpower - I feel like one of these days it's bound to happen...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
going out with my friends to a few bars or clubs, after I get off work that is, or cracking open a beer or two and watching a movie.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm a romantic, and sometimes a hopeless one at that. If you wanna know anything else (my deepest darkest secrets) just ask - I'm an open book and I'll truthfully answer any question you ask, but I'd rather you ask it face-to-face. FYI - there isn't really anything dark about me, so don't get your hopes up expecting to find out I killed a man or I'm secretly a CIA agent or something.

you're any combination of the traits listed above. I like a take charge kind of girl who's willing to put herself out there, so if I haven't already messaged you, feel free to make the first move. I promise to get back to you in a timely fashion if I'm at all interested. If you don't hear from me, don't take it personally and don't be discouraged, your guy is out there, I'm just not him.
