I am spontaneous, slightly evil, and mischievous.

My Self-Summary

Well, one thing all my friends would agree with is that I'm crazy and weird. Some love me for it, and some hate me for it. I'd also like to consider myself a geek of sorts but know that I'm still somewhat lacking in enormously specialized knowledge of any specific field, and the drive to obtain it.

Other than that? I cringe at chat speak (unless used for ironic effect), really bad grammar, and people who don't know how to use the quadratic equation.

Also, I've recently notice that I'm pretty elitist. If you mind I suggest leaving lest you be horribly offended.

What I’m doing with my life

In the middle of a degree in Life Science with X-ray technology, so far it's been fun, let's hope it stays that way.

I'm working on being a less inhibited person when it comes to the many dimensions of living, and dulling the effects of the many biases we're prone to.

I also recently started volunteering with St John Ambulance as a first aider. It is tons of fun, I'm thinking of becoming a paramedic now.

I’m really good at

Math and science. Sometimes. Maybe. I hope. :( Ok well I *wish* I was really good at math and science. Though really I'm maybe just a bit above average. Of these sciences I especially like biology and psychology. There is nothing sexier than meiosis.

Drawing/painting. But I am really out of practice.

The first things people usually notice about me

Depending on the situation, either the crazy or the quiet.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

____XKCD____ <- Best thing EVAR. If you don't know what this is, find out. Now. I mean it.

- All of the Ender's Game books. Orson Scott Card is a genius. Almost enough of one to be forgiven for being a religious maniac.

- House MD would be my all time favourite TV show. Hugh Laurie is HOT. I also really enjoyed The Big Bang Theory, whilst not the best made show, it was still a great idea and hilarious.

The Shawshank Redemption was a pretty good movie but I'm not sure if it's my favourite. It's in close competition with Fight Club and The Matrix. I'm a big fan of stange movies that blow your mind (or plays with it). Oh, and I was just reminded of Amelie. If not all-time, it's at least the favourite romance.

- I don't really listen to music by artist, if I hear it and I like it then I'll listen to it. I don't really pay attention to hit lists and such. Currently listening to: Rob Dougan's instumentals; a couple from Massive Attack; Prozzak's Strange Disease; Failure by Design, no idea who it's by; Linkin Park; just getting into a bit of Red Hot Chilli Peppers; and The Gorillaz.

The six things I could never do without

Books, computer (with internet), my piano even if I can't play very well, DC++, sketchbook and pencil, wine. I think Wine is just about the only alcoholic beverage that I can enjoy the taste of, that and cocktails. Long Island Ice Teas are full of yum.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Relationships (not just of the romantic sort); religion (mostly on how I can best convince people of its redundancy in the modern world and why it's, to be frank, kind of silly, although a friend of mine has recently convinced me to lean towards the secularist side of things); psychology - first time taking a course in it and it's fascinating; how to get the necessary amount of work done while still procrastinating to the fullest degree possible.

On a typical Friday night I am

Watching a movie with a couple friends then staying up till 4ish (AM) to argue about religion, society, LOTR (the books, not movies)(I hated it, it was much too long), personality disorders, whether steak is better rare or well done, etc.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I think I'm gonna turn this section into a 'Random Facts About Me' section. Because I CAN
- No amount of fear and health advertisements will make me give up ice cream. Especially all the funky flavored ones like pecan fudge explosion, or green tea(which is surprisingly good)
- The bestest feeling in the world is falling back asleep after destroying your alarm clock.
- I think Asimov is over-rated. Card is obviously the better tale-spinner.
- I think people should need a license to have children. I mean come on, we need a license to go FISHING for gods' sake.
- I have a cat named Google

You should message me if

- you don't mind talking to a hypocritical grammar nazi
- you want to explode things in a microwave with me
- you can teach me how to kick my roommates ass in Smash Bros
