Hello. My name is Aristotle. I'm not from Greece but I'm in Greece most of the time. I studied under Plato and now I'm taking in Alexander the Great for private lessons. Although I studied under Plato, my ideas are not congruent. He's all about a thing he calls "The Noumenal World." That's okay and everything but I'm more focused on the Real, Physical world we have around us. Plato is also all about One Absolute Truth. I'm not into that. I think there are probable truths and that's why rhetoric is important to me: it is a tool humans can use to interpret and communicate the probable truths they've observed. I've done a lot of studies in this area (a bit of some OCD categorizing, if I'm to be honest) and I've gotten a lot of it down to three basic appeals (Ethos, Pathos, and Logos) and a 5 step method to organizing speeches.To find out more, enroll in my school The Lyceum.

I'm teaching mostly. When I'm not teaching, I'm categorizing the things I've observed about the world. It takes up a huge amount of my time but I still have lonely hours at the end of each day...
