later :) It's hard to meet someone with my work schedule so I
thought I would give this a try.
I was born and raised in Dallas. All of my immediate family lives here so I cannot see myself living anywhere else. I have one sister and a nephew, Maddox. I do not have any kids but am definitely looking forward to being a mom some day. Having my nephew around is enough for the moment Lol. I am Catholic and while my family is pretty religious, I haven't been active for a while.
I'm pretty old fashioned. I like doors opened, including at the car, and I don't like walking on the street side if I'm with someone. Corny I know but hey. I appreciate it when guys are attentive, but I also don't want to be smothered. I like to hang out with my girlfriends and sometimes I want my own space.
I try to stay active so I'm definitely looking for someone who cares about doing the same. I would definitely rather go over to a friend's house than go out partying all night. I love dressing up every once in a while but you'll usually find me in jeans and a t-shirt.
I'm am a pretty shy person till I get to know you. In new situations I tend to feel very self-conscious till I can get my bearings. I am a really good judge of character and rely on first impressions and my instincts a lot. Any time I have ever felt uneasy about someone or a situation, there always turned out to be a good reason for it. I hate drama and stay out of it. I went to an all girls high school and have worked in a mostly female environment for the past 6 years so I seriously do not need drama in my personal life.
I really don't think I would be comfortable dating anyone who already has kids. I realize this is like trying to find a unicorn at this point...no kids, never been married, intelligent and fun...but hey I can dream right?
