My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have always led my life, not simply followed it. I am an active, fit, intelligent person and fully engaged with this wonder filled world. I travel, I make art as a professional - art that is both beautiful and responsive to my concern for the environment. Kids and animals immediately respond to me. They see who I am. If you are mindful and live in the present, you will see me too. Many people tell me I have the energy, if not the appearance (:0) of someone 15 years my junior. I have had two big solo shows of my art this last year while rebuilding my house and taking on commission work.
I am looking for a vibrant, warm, fit, loving partner, someone to share their enthusiasm at being alive, not a mirror, but someone engaged with life on their own terms.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have been traveling and preparing new work
for a big museum show in the fall. Films, reading and
hiking have also been fun. I enjoy meeting with
friends but I would like to find that one special lady with whom
to share experiences and feelings and romance.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Aside from painting? Nature: I know birds and trees and mushrooms and geology. I know the best local (less visited) nature spots. I know film. Puns, wit, humor! I seem to be able to bring the best out in other people.

My eyes, my smile, my presence. I am present. "Be Here Now"; ever read Richard Alpert's book?

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My friends, my art books, my binoculars, my SUV, my iphone, my glasses (:O)).
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
...not thinking, feeling, meditating on healing this broken world.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
There is no typical Friday night! No typical day. Keep it fresh.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I cry hearing certain music, seeing Rembrandt self portraits, reading great response to beauty.
