What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a code cracker, a poet and a programmer.
A lexivore, a sphinx and a philosoph.
I scaled the ivory tower and make people walk again.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Maintaining a plethora of useless skills like pen spinning, doing yo-yo tricks, folding origami, soldering, playing the flute/ocarina and guitar (quite badly at that) and so on. I want to take up juggling and throwing cards next.

Acquiring obscure lore.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
First: My height. "Look at the Skinny." ->
"Back over here. Good girl." *patting your head*

Second: My somewhat snarky, dry sense of humor.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Some of my favourite authors are Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, J. R. R. Tolkien and George R. R. Martin.
I read some non-fiction every now and then...

Movies: My favourite movie is probably The Time Machine (the old one from 1960), just because there is so much sense of wonder and atmosphere in it.
I enjoy arty movies like Valhalla Rising, American Beauty or Man from Earth as well as trashy ones like Army of Darkness or Mars Attacks.
Apart from that I'm pretty much like everyone else: anything by Kevin Smith, Joss Whedon, George Lucas and Quentin Tarantino is cool with me.

TV Shows: British TV is awesome Coupling, IT crowd, Doctor Who, Torchwood and obviously Sherlock.
Buffy, Veronica Mars, Community, Spongebob, Invader Zim, Firefly, Stargate, Star Trek

Music: I'm a big Tool fan and a somewhat eclectic listener: a bit of punk (Die Ärzte, Flogging Molly), some hip hop (Nujabes, Kid Rock), the stuff your dad listens to (Gary Moore, Bruce Springsteen), a bit of metal (Black Sabbath, PowerGlove) and stuff like Pearl Jam and Weezer.

Food: I love eating. Normally my diet is pretty healthy, but every once in a while I gorge myself "Epic Meal Time"-style.

Other: XKCD
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
* Stories
* Poetry
* My gym membership card and enough time to work out three times a week.
* A gallon of cold water a day (I produce more heat than the average human, but foolishly declined Prof Xavier's offer).
* A personal Fortress of Solitude or noise-cancelling headphones for that matter.

I'll list only five things. Five is the fifth Fibonacci number. Oh, don't give me that "But six is a perfect number"-crap! Everyone knows how dull perfection is.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why do people always seem to complain? Life's awesome!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
...always hanging out with friends: watching movies, playing card/board games, having video game contests, relaxing and listening to music.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Actually I'm proud when people make fun of my girlish handwriting.
